Review 1：The restaurant on site is empty, probably due to extremely high priced menu, we had to drive to go elsewhere. The breakfast was not complementary $15 bucks a person, we went to Denny's. Ridiculous.... even the really cheap nasty hotels have free breakfast. Come on!!! People smoking weed in rooms near us and in elevators. Gross & ghetto.

Review 2：Nice atmosphere, great jacuzzi, empty not crowded, quiet, bice furnishings and comfy bed.

Review 3：The staff at check in were not approachable- no friendly faces. The hallways smelled like marijuana. We did not receive cleaning services even after being requested.

Review 9：Great Front Desk Staff! Very Helpful and always greeted us when we walking in. Location is right off a freeway interchange, but far enough away so you don't hear the traffic noise.

Review 10：Short staffed on a busy weekend at no fault of your own, staff members had called out short notice I was told. Unfortunately for my sister, whom had to sleep on the sofa bed, her stay was less pleasurable. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable

Review 11：Very happy with the service. I had booked for two queen beds but when I got there there were no such rooms available but the man helping me was able to quickly solve the problem and upgrade my room to a room with a sofa bed.

Review 16：The bath tub drained very slowly and the cleaning staff did not clean the soap from the tub making it very easy to slip and fall. I had to hold on to the shower head to keep from falling every time I showered. Towels were still wet when they were supposed to be changed.

Review 17：What I didn't like was that our AC wasn't working called the front desk they said they would send a maintenence man out never showed up after we got back from dinner room was still at 78 degrees, I called front desk with no rooms available, I had to use wet cold towels to stay fresh there was nothing they could do about it didn't even offer a oppology. Price was for 184.00 charged our card a little over 200.00 dollars did not even give me a AAA discount

Review 19：We had a suite with a pull out couch and bed. Te bathroom separated the two. The AC did not make it into the room with the pull out couch and barely worked in the side with the bedroom.

Review 29：I booked and confirmed 1 room with 2 double queen beds 8 days before I arrrived. But when I were checking-in, the staff told me that the hotel was fully occupy so only 1 room left which 1 king bed and a sofa bed. The hotel never ever called to inform me!!!!

Review 30：I was given a room with a handicapped bathroom. The shower was just a floor with a drain. Water covered the entire floor. Had to use all the clean towels to soak up the water.

As soon as we got in the room we saw a tiny spider, but we didn't want to bother to complain. Also Didn't like that no free breakfast was included, but the staff was great and my children love the pool and two jacuzzis!! Thanks'

Review 33：Great staff! My children had a blast at the pool. Early In the morning from 8am to 11 and I really love the late check out.

Review 34：Shuttle back from the event was problematic. Booked it a day in advance and it never showed. Had to take a cab which cut in to our savings by taking the shuttle in the first place.

My aunt stayed in a king bed and their room had a huge sofa in it! Will def be coming back.

Review 104：I didn't like children eating at the pool side then washing their hands with the water, seeing a child vomit over the gate and then it just drying, and a whole family pretty much taking over the whole pool area for a whole day and not really paying a lot of attention to these children, some of whom were not even three. They seemed to be supervised by an older relative who looked to be about 11-12 and at times their grandparents who would not have been able to move fast enough should something of happened.

Review 106：The WiFi is a nightmare! Extremely slow and was not able to stream anything web pages took forever to load. We stayed for 3 days. When we went out we thought our room would be cleaned but when we came back in nothing in out room was cleaned the only difference was the bed was made.

Review 110：I was charged 50 and there was nothing verbalized or written down to let me know I was being charged 50 after I left the hotel after I already paid cash. When I went to talk to a manager they told me there was nothing they could do until Monday and the staff should have told us something at the time of check in and we were not compensated for the issue in anyway shape or form. Had there been some sort of contract to allow this charge I would have had no issue. This was the fist time booking.com has directed me to a hotel that does things like that.

Review 111：The staff behaviour! I think they need some 'hospitality' crash courses!! I was made to wait for 1 hour before being able to check-in. On prompting after 1 hour, the front desk lady says you never asked for an alternate room, we thought you wanted a suite.... some lame excuse. After flying for 20+ hours, what someone asks for is a clean comfortable room, not waiting in the cold lobby for hours for a stupid suite!
