Review 1：Rooms are dated, should change the lightbulbs. In order to save electricity one does not have to use daylights. There are incandescent alternatives too.

Review 3：There was a nasty chemical mixed with musty odor when I was there. I checked half a dozen rooms and finally settled on one (my nose was probably worn out at that point). The staff said it was because the carpets had been cleaned the day before. I had gotten a great rate but would have gone elsewhere if I'd known before booking.

Review 4：Very convenient to the marina (duh-oh) where I was meeting a boat. As well as convenient to town. Swank facilities.
