Review 1：The room was a little cold even though we had the heater as high as it could go.

Review 2：Great location! We were visiting the University. Everything was within walking distance. Staff was great!!

Review 3：The room was not clean and there was trash including empty water bottles and wrappers under the bed. We were disgusted at the filth and were very happy to leave in the AM.

Review 9：Well, I booked this room with four queen beds. The manager had sold those to someone else by the time we arrived. You advertise that the rooms have a refrigerator and a microwave...ours had neither. The rooms had safes which we did not request and you do not advertise and the remote control for the television was missing and the replacement remote could only change channels but could not turn the TV on/off and could not adjust volume or anything else. The person who supposedly cleans the room did not collect the garbage and didn't leave any replacement bags for the receptacles. The doors had a notice taped to them that stated that all complaints should be brought to the attention of the management before check-in, otherwise there's no complaints! Now... how does a person complain about room deficiencies before they've had a chance to set foot in a room? Wow...all I can say is I'm making a call to the Better Business Bureau about your practices.

Review 10：The Shower was the only thing I liked at first. Then, whoever picked up towels didn't leave any replacement towels, tissues, soap, shampoo-conditioner...nothing.

Review 11：Good location - walking distance to lots of restaurants. Everything you would expect in a budget motel - fridge, coffee maker, etc. - we got a very good deal so it was excellent value for money.

Review 12：The place smelled so bad we had to go out and buy air freshener, the bathroom door was off it's hinges, there was a rugby team there and we didn't sleep for the 2 nights there. we stayed at 6 motels on our trip, all were cheaper, with breakfast , and so much nicer. and we were told it was $77dollars a night to begin with. Actually $35 is what it was worth.

Review 14：The outside of the motel looks uninviting. There was no fridge, no microwave and no working safe, despite being included in the room description. Had to pay an extra fee for paying with credit card.

Review 15：We liked the location in Downtown Laramie, nice to be able to walk to the restaurant and bars. The room was ok, very comfortable bed and a good shower.

Review 16：The room was dirty. The door didn't have a latch plate. It had been broken into forcefully. We were awakened at 1:30 a.m. by arguing from a room close by (I've never heard the F-word so many times). The cops came. Got no sleep after that. Old furnishings. Did have clean linens.

Review 18：We had to find staff for toilet paper. The sheets were recycled from the Laramie hospital which was stamped on the sheets. The beds were old and lumpy.The door lock was not working and could not stay the final night due to the fact we would be locked out. Since my sister is a diabetic, she would have needed her insulin which was in the fridge. When we tried to get for another room but couldnt find anyone in the office and there was no telephone number to contact on the office window or door. I found a staff member cleaning one of the rooms and told him our problem. He checked the lock and found it not functioning. He gave us a telephone number to contact his boss/owner and it was disconnected. We could not check out because noone was in the office or on the property.we were charge an additional night which because noone was in the office to check us out. It was a nightmare I wish to forget.

Review 20：The room is reasonably clean at a glance, but not really very clean. Coffee maker was dusty. Bathtub was clean but there some hair in the drain.

Review 24：The room we reserved was non smoking, however, the room we got was clearly smoking. The smell made it hard to sleep. We were to tired to argue and to move our stuff to a different room. And i do not think there was another room available. The staff gave us Lysol spray to spray in the room and apologized for the inconvenience.

It was as if he was toying with us. There was only one lock (of 3) functioning on the door to the room. There was a police officer looking into something a few doors down from ours.

Review 35：Long day of work it was nice to have the extra room in room 16.. I had my family with me so it was nice to lay down in some peace and quite when kiddos wanted to play. Staff was pretty fair and helpful!

Review 36：Housekeeping came knocking 3 times starting at 9:20am, when checkout was not until 11. Then, he was rude when I told him we wouldn't be checking out until 11. Staff was smoking outside room and housekeeping and the front desk guy were arguing in front of us. They staff was not very professional.The fridge smelled awful, so we didn't turn it on. Probably would not stay again.

Review 37：The location is close to all of the restaurants and bars we wanted to visit, so we could park there for free and walk. The price was right for the minimal amount of time we would be in the room.

Review 38：The "free wifi" signal was very weak, most of the time only 1or 2 out of 5 bars. Wifi was very slow and the connection to webpageswould time out more often than it connected and flat-out disconnectedmany times. The room listing stated that there was a microwave andfridge, which is the main reason I chose this place. There was neitherin the room and the food my wife made for me ended up going bad.

Review 40：No extras like breakfast. there was one pack of coffee to use in the coffee maker. It was very cold in the facility and the heater DID NOT WORK. we did ask for a portable heater, GOT ONE and used it, but it was still cold. The sink stopper didn't hold the water and the water faucett was difficult to regulated.

Review 41：The location. We were in Laramie for our Grandson's Graduation from the U of W and so it was easy to get around.

Review 42：We were located right in front of a truck stop, so early in the morning, there was a lot of banging, which I assume to be truck doors or something. The door to our hotel room didn't seem to lock very well.

Review 43：Awesome staff, they were there even though we got in at 2 a.m.! The area seemed quiet and fairly safe. There was a weird sign on our door saying "If you want more security, push the button." There was no button. It was definitely a unique place.

Review 54：Although an older property, we were very comfortable and felt welcomed by the staff. The building was well lit inside and out. They were clearly working on the maintenance and our room had been renovated. It felt very homey. We would stay again.

Review 55：Got a call 2:30pm of the same day as we were checking in that "theyhave rooms but not the rooms that could honor the price we already hadconfirmed through booking.com". The hotel admittedit was theirfault yet increased(!) our price by $20 a room - if we still wanted it?Well when you are already there what are your options? Never once didthe hotel say "we screwed up and since you already got it confirmedthrough booking.com we will honor your reservation"

Review 58：For what they were charging before our discount, it was over priced. The beds were comfy the fridge was very dated but worked. Room was very hot when we walked in but cooled off fast. Staff was very nice and gave us a dinner discount. Not bad just over priced

Review 59：One staff member could not control his frustration with the some aspects of booking and getting the rooms ready which created a very uncomfortable situation. The other member was the exact opposite and he checked us in. The frustrated one settled down after a while and apologized.

Review 61：Pillows were useless - I slept with my sweatshirt as my pillow. The ones provided should be tossed ASAP. The curtains were useless - could not keep any light out of the room.

The very nice guy that checked us in helped carry all of our luggage to our room so that we could get our friend up the stairs. The color changing lights were hilarious!!...we loved those!! Review 68：This place is very basic with a student/grunge rocker/I love my truck vibe. It is inexpensive and the bathroom was clean but its overall pretty rundown and tired looking and feeling. Frankly, most of Laramie was also. Ours was the only non-pickup truck in the parking area.I'm sure there aren't people yelling at each other at 1;00am outside every night. It is close to the University. Pet was readily accommodated but couldn't honestly see on what basis they charge extra for it, its not like the - i think its usually called a bedspread - is going to get messed up. . Wifi works

Review 70：It was Kitschy, with the color changing porch lights, and the christmas lights hanging outside. Had kind of a "Route 66" vibe to it. Was good for a single night stay while on a road trip. The front desk staff was super polite.
