Review 1：My blanket had stain's on it .. I asked for a new one an they brought one to me :) Did not like what they had for breakfast on that Sunday, The amount of food they had out was not enough.. more sweet stuff then anything else .. No eggs, no bacon or sausage just biscuits an gravy :(

Review 2：Having the pool inside the Hotel ! I had the one bedroom kitchenette lots of room to move about.. Enjoyed having the TV's in the living room an bedroom.

Review 5：I had trouble getting out on my cell phone. I had to go to the adjacent parking lot for reception. I also could not receive incoming calls or my messages. Later that night I could get my messages but no incoming or outgoing calls. Also the lighting over the sink in the dressing room was very poor, and the shower head was 6 feet away and unreachable to adjust, very inconvenient. I did not appreciate the $75. hold even though it didn't apply to us. I don' t know why that is needed except for phone calls. Most people have their own phone.

Review 6：The room was comfortable, clean and the bed was good. There were dishes available had we needed them and a coffee pot which is very important to us.

Review 7：The front desk employee was not very friendly. It seems like she didn't want to be there. She didn't explain about any of the amenities,didn't tell me what time breakfast started. Walls were paper thin. Could hear loud snoring coming from room next door. There was also a ton of trash by the elevator on the second floor. Did not feel compared to other hotels that this deserved a 8.6 rating. In the hotel business first impressions are everything. Need to work on customer service.

Review 11：Had a smoking room booking for 3 months and then found out my room was given to someone else so I had a non smoking room. The staff said there was nothing they could do and I couldn't talk to a manager because it was the weekend. Almost enough to make me not want to stay there again.

Review 18：Upon arrival it smelt really fresh and clean, it had a real home away from home feel, granite bath shower wall, tempur pedic bed, across from the bowling Allie, close to the mall, free way and dining, I went to the grocery store and cooked there were pots, plates, and silverware available. They refreshed the rooms the next day as I asked. Staff very helpful.

Review 19：I didn't like the fact Chris from the lobby called my room at 1:30 am and said there was a complain about my room and when I said that we were not being loud, he said he had personally walked by our room. My kids were asleep and our room was not being loud at all. The tv from the living room was not even working .

Review 22：The rooms were spacious and comfortable to fit 4 people. It helped to have a full size fridge because we were there for the soccer tournament and had a bunch of juices for the kids and we were able to fit everything ! The breakfast was great because we didn't have to settle on one thing for everyone . And I'm a fan of the waffle machine so being able to make my own waffles instead of toasting frozen waffles was a delicious factor to a terrific stay !

Review 25：I arrived very late because of my flight connection. They agreed on not charging me the pet fee (by the way, 25 dollar, very high). They lied, even after calling to remind them the agreement, they kept lying. Not recommended at all!!!! Area plenty of many other hotels

Review 26：the bed was to hard, the blow dryer didn't work, there appeared to be blood splattered on our ceiling-didn't notice it until the last night. When I mentioned it to staff they didn't seem to care.

Review 87：The hotel staff was very nice. They gave us the price quoted by booking.com in my confirmation email even though booking.com had not sent them the info. The only room available was much bigger and more expensive than we needed, however they honored the booking.com price anyway. It was a very nice hotel.

Review 88：Spacious room with closable door to bedroom and bathroom. Well equiped kitchenette. Good bed. Self-service laundry. Location is not in the center, so good hotel id you're travelling. There are some restaurants nearby though.

Review 89：I guess one could look at disposable plastic cutlery and crockery for breakfast as very hygenic, but just a little out of place when all else so nice. Not environmentally friendly either, but fine as all else so good.

Victorville is not a tourist area but has great supermarket next door and safe area just out of LA en route to Vegas or Death Valley etc. Breakfast included and excellent.. even eggs and bacon and 'cook your own' waffles

There was no TV in the living area only in the bedroom, there was an outlet out that the tv was connected to. the coffee maker fell apart. and the spa was not working. the staff was not very friendly and housekeeping manager was very rude. i was not advised of checkout time. and there was no outdoor pool.
