Review 1：Beds were way to soft. I had to sleep on floor to save my back. So what is the point of a hotel if you can't use the beds? That is why I am giving a poor rating.

Review 4：It is a good place to stay. It's not a princess' castle, but it's a decent motel / hotel. I think the bargain rooms are on the second floor away from the lobby, but the rate was OK. As long as it's clean, the hundreds of rooms I've stayed in for work and personal use all look the same when I'm sleeping. I also don't "live" in any room in a hotel / motel.

The curtains did not hide it. I called for the maintenance person and he took the bulb out. Should be able to flip a switch.

Being a solo traveler, the hostess at the restaurant was always trying to get me to sit at the counter. In all, everything seemed overpriced.

Review 16：Our room was a little outdated and they don't have conditioner for their customers,just shampoo. I forgot my travel bag and had to use their travel size shampoo in the room as my husband ran to a nearby store to get conditioner.

My daughter has a bad back and was weeping when we went into the room, thinking she would be sleeping on the floor. My husband graciously said he'd sleep on the floor. He is 63. We had said online there were 3 adults. Host said we were listed as parents with 3 children. Only one set of towels in the room. Had to go down to get extra bedding and towels. Not a good stay for us.

Review 28：The indoor pool was very small and very cold. It was more of a motel than hotel and the rooms although large were kind of dank and not the kind of place you would want to spend time in. The staff seemed like they were annoyed with the process of checking in/out. Not the kind of service I would expect for spending $140/night. I definitely would have rather spent a little more money for a more family friendly hotel.

Review 30：The bed was absolutely terrible. The pillow cases did not seem clean, and for a four night vacation it really would have helped to have a comfy bed to sleep on. Would not go back here for the price it's expensive for nothing great.

Review 32：The front desk clerk (I wish I could remember her name - I do remember she & her family had a fire & lost their house...) was Super! Someone had smoked in our non-smoking room and it smelled REALLY smokey - so the clerk switched us out to an upgraded room - very sweet of her to do that. My daughters and I had a good night's sleep and a wonderful breakfast (love the coupon to the on site restaurant). Also love the fact that there are two pools - one indoor & one outdoor.
Review 33：for some reason the rooms separate from the hotel are not as nice or comfortable as those attached to the hotel. Also, we checked in on a 90°+ day and it took forever for the room to cool off. it would have been nice if the air conditioner was put on low

Indoor pool cold, Jacuzzi lukewarm. Would never pay to stay here again plus they charged $15 night for my 2nd teen.

Review 39：The room and furniture were very run-down looking, and the bathroom smelled like bleach (I guess thats a good and bad thing). The bathtub bottom had dark stains, and the "shower head" was just an open pipe that sprayed everywhere. I was only there to sleep after running a night race, and rooms were scarce in the area that night, so I stayed. But if I'd had a choice, I would've left after seeing the condition of the room. Definitely not worth anywhere near $140/night (including taxes/fees).

Review 41：The room that was given to me the bathroom ceiling above the shower was covered in black mold. Knowing that kids would be staying in that room concerned me that it was chosen for me. I was able to switch a room but I had already unpacked everything so that was a little frustrating to have to do after arriving there with 2 kids and all. I was told on the phone that when I ordered a cot it was $15 for the 3 days, when I was charged it was charged $15 per day, The desk clerk did correct this for me.

Also missed some basics that are in all rooms now such as a small coffee maker and iron. Coffee was available in the lobby but we had to go outside and across the parking lots to get to the main building. I wouldn't not stay there again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

We didn't care for the air conditioners above on the 2nd floor dripping down. we wouldn't have been able to sit there if we wanted to. Mattress was pretty worn but we both seemed to sleep ok. when we opened the windows for fresh air the window sills were loaded with dead bugs. I have stayed here a couple times in past years but remembered the place being in better condition than it was. Maybe it just needs some updating.

Review 124：I brought some food with me and left it in the room throughout the day (granola bars, small treats, etc). I found two of the boxes opened and almost all of the contents gone inside. I didn't think anything of it at first because I thought it was my fiancé but he said he didn't eat any of our food. It was just a little strange how that would happen. Housekeeping also woke us up once. I just wish there was a do not disturb sign that we could have used. A piece of our tub kept falling off and we had to fix it daily.

(The chain on the door was broke) room was very small (fireplace room) window was open when we got in our room and was a pain to lock, bed was mostly uncomfortable. Review 134：The minute I put my head hit the pillow after a very full day, I felt a sort of "vibration" and could even hear a "humming" : it seemed to come from the wall at the head of the beds. It was not that disturbing, and we did not feel like calling the desk or going to ask questions in our pajamas... We wondered if there was a utility or equipment room next to ours? Or perhaps in the basement? We were on 1st floor. It must have rocked us to sleep and the breakfast the next morning made us forget all about it.
