Review 1：I loved the daily breakfast in a basket, that they set up chairs and umbrellas free of charge, and had a printer set up for printing boarding passes. It was a very nice property.
Review 2：The only thing that I would suggest would be to have a little variety in the breakfast baskets that are left at your room. Don't get me wrong, it is great to have your breakfast delivered, but it would be nice to have a little variety.
Review 3：The location is fantastic! You can see the gulf from your room and just a few steps and you are on the beach! Beach chair and umbrellas are provided for guests. We have stayed at the Seaside Inn twice and plan on coming back!
Review 4：Thermostat mounted 7 feet above the floor, impossible to see to set. Extremely slippery bathtub and no anti slip mats (Mats kept in office on request) Never received breakfast or coffee in our room. WIFI extremely hard to keep connected, too much security.
Review 5：Great location, very friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Free bike hire and kayaks were also available. There is no restaurant but the breakfast packs given were more than adequate.

Review 8：The parking is very tight we have a bigger truck and finding parking was difficult. Night life In The area is non existent everything in the area except for restaurants close at 6 pm. Other than that great little beach town.

Review 15：If you are looking for a quiet place to do some serious relaxing, thisis it. The Seaside Inn is a small resort, not a lot of frills butperfect for those who just want to beach it. There are paddle boards,bikes and a kayak available to sign out anytime. The pool is great.There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Thebreakfast basket is enough if you aren't a big breakfast person,enough to take the edge off. Great place. Will definitely return.

Review 20：Since ownership changed several years back, Seaside has lost something.Still friendly, but in a colder, corporate sort of way. Formerly had abeach towel pile but now need to sign them out. Was told they'removing toward signing out chairs that we'd lug to the beach. If thathappens we're gone. Do not ever underestimate the importance ofthose chairs! (Which are needing replacing by the way). There are lotsof other places to stay on Sanibel-- the baskets and chairs have keptyou unique. Don't mess that up in order to save short-term nicklesand dimes.

Review 22：- not soundproof, you will hear EVERYTHING (closing doors, steps, showers etc.) wouldn't expect that for this price, when you stay at the ground-floor you won't have a quiet stay - breakfast is just a bucket of stuff, no fresh bread, no fresh coffee and it's just what the provide to you. not compared to a continental breakfast. really disappointing! - pool opens at 9pm (if the neighbors will wake you up since it isn't soundproof, you won't be able to have a swim before 9pm) this is ridiculous
