Review 1：The FREE breakfast was a Cinnabun out of a box in a plastic wrapper and coffee. Pretty disappointing when you have kids that are expecting breakfast. Very small rooms and the TV did not work that great.

Review 3：1. As soon as I walked in a ROACH was on the mirror. I only saw one but I didnt want to leave my things after that. 2. The roof in the bathroom was patches, holes, and being repaired however they did not tell me that at move in.

Review 5：My credit card was billed prior to checking in and had to get the charges reversed since we pay cash. Desk clerk claimed this is standard for all inns, construction workers had a party nightly in the parking lot, which is very crowded.
Review 6：noisy, the first room i was given i was told that is ready and non smoking room when i got inside the room was not ready and stunk with cigarette smoke... i requested non smoking room.
Review 7：The Air Conditioning system is like a truck engine. It's really imposible to sleep with the AC activated. You must to switch off if you want to sleep. The breakfast it's included but is only a coffee with a sweet bun.

Review 11：Booked a non-smoking room but when I walked in, the room smelled of nothing but cigarette smoke, giving me a headache. When I went to tell the front desk they assured me that it was a "non-smoking area" but I had to repeat myself 3 times that regardless of what "area" my room still smelled like cigarette smoke before she finally gave me another room. My new room had a fruit fly, several ants, and hair on the floor.

Review 13：I didn't like how the next day when I wanted to stay over so I called in the morning to ask if I could pay to stay over and the staff told me yes but when I went to the office to pay they said all the rooms were booked and I had to leave.

Review 15：No elevators (we were on the third floor)-need to state no elevator on booking info so one can call and ask for first floor.Allowing too many cars to be parked within there parking lots unknown if all cars were guests. Smoke detector not working in our room and was removed during our time there and not replaced during our time there.

Review 31：Tiny ants in the bathroom. I squashed about 30 of them. Big tube TV, not LCD. (not a big deal for me) Low life guest (or a friend) blasted his car radio at 6:30am. I called the front desk - a guy came and made them turn it off. But I was already awoken too early.No alarm clock, had to call the front desk every night for wake-up call.

Review 109：very bad experience: booked for 2 nights, the room was dirty and smelly, the mattress was not flat and uncomfortable. I wanted to cancel the 2nd night stay in the early 2nd morning, but was refused. Don't make the same mistake as I did.

It depends on who is in the room above you, we had a young couple with friends who were up late and in and out of the room until very early in the morning. But other than that I would definately stay here again.

The breakfast could of been better but they have vending machines and always have coffee makers in the rooms, so if your not a breakfast person its fine. They always have a working ice machine and laundry room which comes in very handy if your staying for a few days. Good place to stay for the money you spend.

You can do alot better for the same amount of money in theSan Jose/Milpitas area.

Review 124：Television was substandard. Refrigetor got too cold at times and frosted my drinks and food. Microwave heating power rather weak even on the high setting. Towels were slightly on the thin side.

My clothes uniform reeked of smoke the next morning. Thepillows were stolen straight out of a hospital er and the bed smelled asif an old lady with really bad perfume had rolled around in it 5 minutesbefore I got there. Oh, and the bed was about as comfortable as sleepingon a floor of ball bearings. Do not stay here unless you don't plan onsleeping for the night.
