Review 1：Clean facility, however, the bathroom in our room had apparently been repaired after some damage. There was a 2x4 holding up one end of the vanity, the shower curtain had been pulled down and remounted on wooden blocks, and there was a piece of PVC pipe covering part of the pipe the shower head was mounted on. I did not expect DIY fixes when spending over $100 dollars per night. Too bad as the room was otherwise comfortable.
Review 2：Our family could gather at the swimming pool and sauna in the evening. The staff brought extra towels to the pool to see to our comfort. Breakfast was good and the staff made sure everyone was well taken care of at breakfast. Easy access to the university from either the interstate or town roads to avoid game day traffic from either direction. The room window opened to let in fresh air. A very good view of open rangeland ... I am a forester and range conservationist ... "don't fence me in". The staff made an extra effort to get us an extra night and arrange for another room for family members on a game day. Outstanding.
Review 3：Wifi is worthless. Might do email; don't expect to use it for any streaming at all. Several small issues w/room - slow drain, non working electrical outlet (the most convenient, of course), a/c unit rattled continuously when on.

Review 5：What's not to like. I came the week before and during the University of Wyoming graduation. I had to change rooms a few times to accommodate previous reservations. But, this staff made sure I had a room through it all!
Review 6：While traveling with my Yorkie puppy, I must say this hotel was more than great! My little escape artist made his way to breakfast 2 times and hotel staff were understanding. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and staff was very helpful day or night!

Review 8：The room had all we needed there was indoor hot tub and pool the breakfast was so good 2 types eggs sausages fruit yoghurt waffles muffins bagels biscuits (scones)toast juice cereals porridge danishes loads of choice and was good quality WELL DONE
Review 9：The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything! Some dogs were left alone on the 2nd floor which pets were only supposed to be on first floor! They were barking for hours and everyone left notes on their door and called the front desk to complain but nothing was done. Also, maids did not do a very good job.

Review 11：The gentleman that checked us in/out was very cordial and helpful. He remembered us when we checked out, and asked us how the play was, which we had told him at check-in was the reason for our visit.
Review 12：Very noisy in hallways. Echoes into rooms. Elevator "dinging" was annoying. School bus idoled outside our window at 6:30 a.m. for an hour or more.

Review 14：Breakfast stations weren't well kept at 9 a.m. You could tell many stations been used multiple times without in between cleaning. Someone dumped their old milk and cereal into the juice dispenser, so it looked very unsanitary.
Review 15：Prompt and friendly check in. I called the hotel before I booked the reservation online, to check and make sure it was a non-smoking facility. The front desk agent was very helpful in answering my questions.
Review 16：The.bedroom & bathroom were filthy. I had to dust everything in the room and tried to clean the bathtub/shower as best as I could. The bed was not completely made and there was body hair everywhere in the bathroom area. And, there wasn't a convenient place to eat in the area!!!
Review 17：The wifi took almost an hour to finally load a login screen to sign in without the page timing out. Once signed in, the wifi was so slow I couldn't even pay my bills without the page timing out!

The pool/spa facility was overrun by young children making itvery uncomfortable for adults to use. A handle on the chair at our deskwas broken off. And we were not given the aaa discount because thereservation was made through Bookings.com.
