Review 1：I loved the views around the hotel, the service/treatment from the staff, the respect from the staff and overall they were nice and helpful. Keep it up.

Review 2：No soap or shampoo in room. Booked for breakfast and was told we were not. Was asked to make something 'special' as it was the wedding night - nothing done

Review 8：4 YEARS AGO IT WAS A GOOD AND NICE PLACE TO STAY. LADY AT RECEPTION WAS HELPFUL.

Review 9：On arriving, we had to wait for the receptionist as she was on the phone with a client and no-one else to assist her. Front door lock was faulty and bathroom door could not even close. For the amount of money there is not even a bar fridge, especially for us diabetics who have to keep things, such as insulin injection in a fridge.

Review 19：We were there for 3 nights, we found the room clean with only towels for 1 even thou it was a twin room, complimentary shower cap, gel and lotion were provided and other days nothing. Cleaning the following day was ok, not great. Sunday was a disaster, only our beds were made. Shower was as we left it. We also found our door was not pulled properly to lock. Breakfast was not so good for a 4 star. I would also like a bar fridge. R15 for an ice bucket is not acceptable.

Review 43：Housekeeping is a bit sloppy. Clean towels and cups were not provided on the second day of the stay. Service at the hotel restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced since the end of apartheid in South Africa.

Review 45：On arrival at G10 it appeared to us that the room was for only 1 person (1 towel, 1 biscuit, 1 sweet on the bed). The G block was very noisy and it seemed as if all guests were located in the same block. At breakfast the poached eggs were 'hard' and the bacon was cold and tasted as if it was brought forward from the previous day....

Please make sure that the units are dust free before guest arrives. you could write your name on the kitchen tops. Need aircons in the rooms - one is not enough per unit

Review 51：the obnoxious sewage smell coming from the drains. The fact the rooms were more like a motel - door faced on to open passageway overlooking 6ft fence and bush. My daughters being woken by security at 4.20am in error, then some strange man trying to get in to their room 20 mins later. Wall between bathroom and bedroom was glass which allowed for very little privacy and meant that the light came straight into room through the uncovered bathroom window the minute the sunrose, not conducive to a good night's sleep.
