Review 1：First of all, I had requested on my reservation to pay in cash upon our arrival. When we got there the lady at the front desk told us she "charged the card on file because she was going home". When we got to our room we were disgusted. The trash was not emptied, there were leftovers still in the fridge from the prior guest and the toilet in the bathroom had not been flushed. The location was not good enough to look past these disgusting mishaps and prevent me from writing this review (which I rarely ever do). Overall, I would say you pay for what you get when it comes to this place. It was relatively cheap in a good location, now we can see why it was so cheap.

Review 3：This was a great little place for the price. The location was perfect to everything and had a beautiful view. I was nervous about the beds cause of other reviews I read before going, but they were very comfortable. Maybe they are new? I will definitely return if i'm looking for a budget friendly place to stay.
Review 4：There were dogs in the rooms beside us. People would leave them unattended and there was frequent barking. We were put in this room and never told it was where pets were allowed.

Review 17：For a self service hotel this was a great experience. It was quiet. Good Location. Never did meet any of the staff as no one was there when we arrived but instructions were left to get to our room and how to check out.

There was hardly anyone ever at the office and there weremany times we had questions and could not get in touch with anyone. Oncethe water got hot in the bathroom sink, it would not go cold again nomatter which way you turned the faucet. There was food left over in thefridge from whoever had previously stayed in the room; the paint andwall paper was peeling all over the room; the squeaked so loud that ifyou moved in the middle of the night it would wake you up; the"mountain view" and second floor room we had paid andrequested was met with a first floor room and our mountain view was atree right at our balcony. Wouldn't be bad for a 1 night stay but 4was like torture.

I also disliked the fact that I paid 20 dollars a night for my pet, how is that pet friendly? The phone only worked for a brief mile radius surrounding the inn. I will find elsewhere to stay next trip to the mountains.

Review 34：I know these two things might not sound like much but for me I had a problem with it. There was a crawl space hatch in the ceiling over the bed it was so creepy I never stayed in a room with something like that before, also the parking wasn't great we could never get a space near our room and once I had to go to the store at night and when I returned I had to park at the very end of the building where there wasn't much light at all in the parking lot I didn't feel all that safe walking back to my room by myself

Review 36：I didn't like the blinds that they have on the windows instead of drapes. They need to either put room darkening blinds or some drapes over the window and door. The light in the room in the morning woke me up too early. I also didn't like that there wasn't anyone in the office early in the morning. The office didn't open again until 10:00 a.m. Not that I needed them for anything but I would rather have a person there in case I did instead of having a number to call someone. The bed was rather hard but after the first night you did get used to it.
Review 37：I loved the Mountain view from the balcony of my room. The room was very clean. The price of the room was very good. It didn't have a pool but I never use one any way so I would rather not pay for one. It was very close to everything.

Great place, beautiful private balconies with breathtaking mountain views, room was extremely clean and comfortable, staff was courteous and friendly. Couldn't ask for more...for the price. Review 78：The interiors need updating. The bed was awful! It had some type of mattress cover that made a noise whenever someone rolled over or moved. If we'd realized the effect it made on our sleep, we would have asked for a room change- tho they seemed booked up.

When my girl complained to the front desk they were nonchalant about contacting the offending party. I use to smoke and in the past I was told to stand near the dumpster on the edge of the property.

The rooms are a little outdated, but I think a lot of people come to New England for this kind of "quaint" charm. Overall, this is a clean, convenient, and comparatively inexpensive option for a quick trip to North Conway.

Review 95：The room had an odour! we immediately went to Walmart and bought a can of Febreeze to douse the room in an attempt to eliminate the smell. Although this helped, it did not eliminate it. The hotel was full as was pretty well everything else in the area so changing rooms or choosing another hotel was out of the question. The front desk closed at 9:00 PM so we couldnèt even speak to the staff about it. The Wi-Fi was very slow and would not connect to all devices.
Review 96：We loved the location of this hotel. Used it for a stopover while shopping at the outlet mall in the area. Beautiful view from the balcony. The bill was paid in full in check in and you only had to leave the key in the room on check out.
