Review 1：We had a bit of an emergency and booked this online at the last minute. When we arrived they were closed for the night but after trying all of the phone numbers listed someone answered and was there to let us in 15 minutes later. She was super friendly and gave us a free upgrade. The room was amazing and very comfortable.
Review 2：The owner of the hotel is not a very happy man. I did not see him smile or say 'hello' once! Second coffee with the breakfast costs 2.8 euro

Review 5：motel, no lake view no window looks like a prison, reception check in located in the bar, location exactly next to the germany check point border line.
