Review 1：The pillows on the beds were more cushion than pillow. Very uncomfortable Only 1/2 the jets worked in the hot tub

Review 2：Rooms were soundproof. Couldn't hear sounds from other guests or outside. Good breakfast.

Review 5：The room was just eh, when it came to cleanliness. The wall paper was peeling in the bathroom and there were obvious spots where they never cleaned in the room (I.e. Dust on outlet and carpet edges). Then our keys stopped working 3 separate times. Each time we had to go up front to get the keys adjusted, it was just inconvenient.

Review 13：No elevator, A/C was leaking onto the carpet so we had to shut it off and had an uncomfortable sleep. The Kelly Inn offered us a measly 10% reduction to our bill. We will not be back!

Review 16：The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were plentiful, delicious and nutritionally balanced - including proteins! The facility was kept in pristine condition at all times. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious with a coffeemaker and a refrigerator. We loved the shop on the premises - full of everything you might have forgotten to bring with. Also had great gifts to bring home.

Review 17：The gal that checked us in did it wrong & it declined our card. She wouldn't run it again. I called the card co. They said everything was fine & didn't show where there had been a decline in our card. She was very rude.

Review 20：We went to the hot tub the one evening and there were two young boys,guess a age of 7-8 and they were unsupervised in the pool area,with water toys and water guns the rules posted on the wall clearly state "no water guns" allowed in the building". I mentioned that after getting sprayed. Got the dirty look but they put them down. The staff made a few trips by the pool area while we were they,and did nothing . They saw the kids unsupervised,with toys in the pool and never asked where the parents were,questioned the water guns. Same kids with a young sister in the pool the next morning unsupervised. Parents sitting in a pool side room,drinking can not see what is happening in the pool area. Staff has to be more diligent on this . The facility has notices about children becoming statistics from being unsupervised in pools. Maybe do something so your before someone become a statistic

Review 21：facility is close to the mall,numerous evening dining within walking distance. Facility is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is very good.

Review 22：We had requested an early check in because we had an event at 3:30. Called the night before and were told it would be fine Tried to check in at 2 pm and were told our room wasn't clean yet. Tried back again at 3 (normal check in) and were told our room still was not cleaned. Also we were charged at check in and were charged more than our rooms were booked for. I understand but you should let guests know about this extra charge.

Review 24：When we checked in we were told that they upgraded our room to a view of the pool. It was actually a view of a wall. Very dissapointed. And the soda/ice machine was directly outside our door. Of course the kids running in and out of the pool area was a lovely disturbance too.

Review 26：I visited Best Western Kelly in Minot as a trip to see my son. The facility was very nice as was the staff. While visiting I had my dog and had no problems making him comfortable, and he stayed free. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was exceptional! I will be back in April. If I had one complaint it would be the room was dark, lighting could have been a little better. Great pool and public areas too!

Review 27：There was a loud humming motor-like noise that came from above my room. It was located above my bathroom. I had to keep the door closed to get to sleep.

Review 29：I wish we had stayed for more than 1 night, but we had an early flight the next morning. Loved the roomy Jacuzzi tub by the bed. Staff was courteous and helpful...beautiful indoor pool and hottub that we'll have to try out next time.

Review 30：The bathroom was very small and the pool view would have been nice had there not been screaming kids using the pool. They chased off customers who where trying to enjoy the pool and read the paper. Some parents just can't control their children. There is no need to scream while swimming

Review 92：Almost everything. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was great, even for a vegan. The room was good sized, clean and the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. If I return to Minot or when I am traveling Best Western will be my "go to" motel.

Review 93：I turned up at the hotel everything was great check me and my family inn.I have a young 3 month old so went to the room to feed her I next get a call to the room from reception saying there's a problem with my payment I was shocked but said I feeding my baby then I will be up the girl was saying no needing paying right now so I packed my family up to go to reception when I get there it's busy with check inns I wait with my two young kids one still Hungary so screaming in reception my 3 yr old just running round . In the end a gentlemen at reception let me go first at this point I dealt with the hotel manager I said to him I had been called due to my payment he said yes very loudly so everyone could here it's declined and you need to pay now . I explained I have other cards but needed to go to ATM to get cash he said no you might run away at this point with everyone looking at me I told him I would be back so went back to the room got cash went back up and paid I was so upset that he thought I would run away with two kids and not pay he was so rude to me in front of hotel guest and I will never stay again

Review 94：The first check in clerk didn't seem to understand how to handle the bill if we decided to stay an extra day. I was traveling with my daughter-in-law. The older clerk did and handled it well.

Review 95：The older check-in clerk was very helpful. She understood how to handle it if I stayed an extra day, which I did. The breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and freshened every day. I enjoyed my stay.

Review 96：The regular price was around 130 a night. I am thankful I did not pay that for the room. It was on the smaller side, the bathroom was tiny. It said it was pool side, but it was upstairs and hidden from the pool a bit. I am not sure what we were located next to, but it there was a loud fan sound in our room. Like a fan constantly running, but it was not the fan in our bathroom, it was like in the room next door. It was sorta annoying, we had to talk loud to hear each other. The door did not work like three times then the front desk guy, who was by himself, had to finally come fix it. Which was not great timing because it was check in time and nobody was there helping him. He was super sweet and very apologetic about the issue. The microwave made a very very loud obnoxious noise when it was running. Even with all the lights on it was kind of a dim lighting.

Review 97：The pool area was nice and the water was not to cold like some places. The breakfast was awesome. The bed was comfy. I loved that the bed was in an extra room so my daughter could stay up and watch tv while we slept. That was nice for all of us. TV's were nice, good sized. Plenty of towels and bedding supplies.

A little supervision needed, people getting into the hottub with street clothes on, same clothes they wore having breakfast and guessing they also slept in them. Lady at front desk running around to pool, breakfast area and handling checkouts. Not fair to her. Room was great, nice note left from the cleaning lady telling us to enjoy our stay. Nice bigger breakfast area but then the lady looking after the area could have used some help. That's my view of the hotel.
