Review 1：The great room - which is so beautiful and could have been the highlight - was "overrun" by kids whose parents allowed them to be loud to the point of distraction. This is not the Lodge's fault, but the Parents who don't think twice about the experience of those around them.

Review 7：Can't wait to return! We stayed in the deluxe studio which was extremely clean with comfortable furniture/bed and a cozy cabin atmosphere. The balcony overlooks the river and has spectacular mountain views. Plenty of things to do nearby and rates are great.

Review 20：We had a a large group and booked two rooms. One of the rooms air conditioning didn't work and pull out sofa bed was broken. I had specifically contacted the hotel via booking.com to tell them how many were in our party. They were not prepared and should have given us two more rooms with air conditioning to fit our group. Half our group suffered with no AC and a broken sofa bed.

Review 22：They don't honor the rooms you book on Booking.com. We booked a room with a King, 2 Queens, and bunk beds; we were given a room with 1 King. They charged us more for the correct room, said it was a common problem with the internet bookings.

Review 24：The hotel itself is great, the rooms are nice and the indoor pool and hot tub were fun. The location is perfect, it's walking distance to everything so no need to worry about driving if you want to have a few drinks with dinner.

Holes in the walls and ceiling; towel gaffer taped over filthy air conditioning unit; cracked bathroom sink. The more we looked, the worse it got!

Booking.com stated the room was a queen bed with a pull out sofa. It wasn't. It was a full bed with a queen pull out. My 6'3" husband took the whole bed and I was stuck with the springs on the pullout. Otherwise, everything was great!

Review 34：I thought updates were needed-had old tubed tvs, one of which had no remote control, one of which had VHS player (does anyone even have VHS tapes anymore). Central air would have been nice instead of room air conditioners, which can be noisy. Also, pools closed down kind of early during the week.

We had one small television in the living room and one television in the bedroom that only worked if you had a DVD player and your own DVDs! We had a family of pigeons living outside our balcony on the air condition unit. There was poop all over our balcony floor.

Review 56：The bad: the rooms are individually owned so the picture you see is probably not the unit you'll get. The unit we got looked like a yard sale of outdated furniture out of the 80's. TV was broken, lamps didn't work, all the clocks were dead. Bed was cheap and hard as a rock. The whole unit was pink. Pink walls, pink rugs....like your great aunts house from '82. Taken as a whole, it made for a pretty depressing end to our trip. I was told by front desk, next time call in and ask for a better class of room. Too bad most people booking here won't know to do that and end up getting less for their money. The indoor pool and hot tub is so small, it was packed like sardines and looked like something out of a Cold War era Russian hotel. If I hadn't paid a premium price, I would have been satisfied. If you know you have substandard owner units, don't offer them for the same price as your best. The rest of the hotel is very dated and in need of an investment and overhaul.
Review 57：The good: the location. It's close to major parks, trails and mountains. Nice view from mountainside rooms and probably more quiet than my parking lot/bar facing.

Staff not very accommodating in refunding second night, told me supervisor was on vacation and I would have to call back for a refund. Terrible experience will never return and never recommend to others. Its amazing they are still in business.
