Review 3：Room telephone kept ringing every hour. Was told the lines were crossed for some rooms & disconnect my phone & property very old! Very aggravating!!!

Review 4：The rooms are located in what must have been an old two story strip mall at one time. It looks ghetto from the outside. If you are tall the shower will disappoint and the bed was super firm. A little fabric softener on the towels would be nice too.

Review 5：The room was tastefully decorated and clean. The staff was nice and there is a restaurant/ bar in the lobby area. They had a live band the night we stayed but we didn't hear a thing from the room.

Review 6：Room had stale smoke smell. Sink faucet dripped all night. Bathroom door had been damaged on the inside of door. Toilet took several flushes to get bowl emptied. Stains on carpet. Very minimal TP. No heater/air conditioner in room. Nothing like the description and picture on the Internet. Not a good place to stay!

Review 9：I tried to cancel my reservation only an hour short of the 24 window. I said I'd keep the room since they were going to charge me anyway. They gave me one of the oldest rooms (I used to live nearby so I know) with an exposed outlet and a leaky shower on the dark side of the building. (Woman alone, checking in late at night). The hotel was practically empty so I'm not sure why they gave me that room. Yes, I said something when I left.

Put us in two separate rooms and one room was so nasty, trash, cigs, black towels, smelss of drugs all threw the room bathroom so nasty it was awful so my family and i had to sleep in th r other room with my sister and her husband and paid way more then any place i have stayed....

Review 52：They were obviously under extensive remodeling, but should put much more into those rooms and part of hotel available to guests, and close the rest until all of the remodeling is done. Great potential here but it will take a big investor to pull it off financially. In the meantime, it is doing much damage to the overall image. Could be a good deal for someone with a pile of dough and a forward vision for business opportunity.

Review 54：The property is showing its age; it needs some tlc. Honestly, I did notfeel 100% safe. We were in 385, removed from the main hotel units----while it was quiet, there were some noises in the middle of the nightthat made me concerned for our safety.

Not only in middle of renovations, but also staff were new. Even so, was adequate for our purposes but look forward to seeing it finished and working well.

Drapes didn't comecompletely together. No exhaust fan in tiny bathroom. Grounds not wellmaintained. Beds small for couple. I have stayed in much higher qualityplaces for less price!

Review 59：The facilities left a lot to be desired. Issues found: cabinates that would not close, kitchen faucet cold water knob just turned and turned .. no water (hot worked), living room wall had some sort of paint issue (stain or pealing in a rectangular shape), the parking lot looked like it was ready to cave into the earth the ice machine was upstair, so old they actually had to put a sign on it asking customers to limit ice because it was so old, the elevator had ghetto scratching on the inner door That's what I remember .. so for me $90 after tax for a run down room in a run down building should have been morelike $60 tops...
