Review 1：I was with 4 adults and they would not let us stay in one room with 2 double beds... We had to reserve two separate rooms. Very hard beds, very few staff speak English

Review 2：Beautiful pools and grounds, very clean, especially the pool by the new tower, ac in the room was amazing, great shower with hot water (best shower I have had in Colombia), extensive buffet breakfast, very fast friendly and efficient poolside service

Review 3：We missed our connecting flight in Bogota so had to travel the next morning, our reservation had been cancelled and classsified as a no show and we had no rooms on arrival to check into. After a lot of heated debate we were found rooms but the family were located in different parts of the hotel in rooms of a lower quality and we had no chance to upgrade during our stay as a conference was taking place.

Review 8：The beds were extremely uncomfortable and your reasturant the tapas made we and my fiance sick. My last night in Colombia I had to spend it with the maid as our suite was not cleaning all day. The maid finished cleaning at 9pm...riuned my last night

Review 10：Staff are super friendly and professional. Did not notice slow service at the restaurant or slow check in but at busy times I can see how that could happen. Loved the pools.. Food was great.. Enjoyed sushi on the 16th floor.. Being on the beach. Didn't want to leave.

Review 12：Plenty of activities for those who desired for adults and kids alike... with a great breakfast to start the day. Good opportunity to escape, as we did, to take advantage of their spa. Staff friendly and willing to assist as a welcomed guest!

Review 13：The bed was on a concrete base with an extremely hard matress. The security guards won't allow your guest for the day to join you at the pools. The food service took an hour.

Review 15：Very poor service and reactivity of the staff (e.g. it took half a day and multiple phone calls to obtain towels that were not replaced in the morning). The restaurant buffet is highly overpriced and very poor in variety (around $20 per head). The free wifi hardly ever works as in you can only connect to it in a few places around the hotel. The connection is unstable but that seems to be a country-wide issue. A regular hotel laundry bag of clothes will cost you about $50 to clean. The staff seems friendly but don't expect anyone to understand a single word of English.

Review 17：The processes of the Hotel and like the past century. Check in and check out are VERY slow, people not very frindly at reception. you feel like a deliquient when checking in and out. They need to do 1000 validations before you can leave or enter the hotel. Horrible!

Review 34：Food and drinks very expensive and not so well cooked and presented, they even charged us for 3 disposable glasses, the beach and water heavy dirty with carbon dust, pillows and mattresses hard. Not comfortable at all. Wi-Fi is free but works only at the lobby area. Every day of the week we were there at sunset, and well after, a nasty wind appeared blowing sand 5-6 feet high everywhere to the point you could not enjoy a glass of wine with family and friends neither around the pools nor the beach. It looked like a ghost hotel, everyone rushing to their rooms! Next morning, even though they cleaned the whole area, you still could find sand at the restaurant (and on the chairs by the pools) at breakfast time. Also the vendors will not leave you alone if you sit close to the beach.They are a real pain in the neck to put it mildly. We will not go back to this hotel or any other hotel in Santa Marta and surrounding towns. If you want pristine crystal clear water and white clean sand go to San Andres or Isla Mucura. Forget about the mainland coasts!

Review 35：the pools and the 2 slides were nice although not so clean. They vacuumed the pools early every morning but a lot of stuff left behind, hair, plastic raps, leaves, etc

Review 36：We asked for a room in the new tower, and the staff promised to lookinto it. They never gave us any feedback. The old rooms are clean butboring compared to the new tower.
