Review 1：We had NO internet or phone service inside our room we had to go out on balcony or in the parking lot yo make calls very irritating and the tech support came out and could not resolve the problem. Room was old needs updated and it had ants so any food had to be in the refrigerator.I don't think we will stay there again,we have been going every year for 17 years this was by far the worst stay ever.

Review 2：The sofas were not very comfortable. Cost was high - though probably not unreasonable for the area.

Review 3：I loved being right on the shore. A short walk and I was on the beach collecting shells.

Review 4：We were "upgraded" to a 2 bedroom condo, when we checked in. Not an upgrade; yes there was more room but furnishings very dated and not very comfortable. Whole condo needed fresh paint at least. Also elevator and balcony areas along outside of building needed to be cleaned and refreshed.

Review 5：The staff were all 1A, wonderful from the front desk to the waiters to the girl at the ice cream shop! Excellent service! Beautiful views of the ocean from the condo.

Review 14：The maid didn't come till 4pm to clean our apt. That was disappointing. My husband just took clean towels from her as we were getting ready to go out. Room was never cleaned. Also, room was too far from gulf. Lots of walking.

Review 22：Great place, beautiful beach!!! We had a lot of fun in the pools, doingkayak, paddle boarding and biking!!!. Very nice place and relaxing toshare with the family and friends. Great holidays!!!

Review 23：We came too early. We didn´t know about the check-in time at 4 pm. They let us wait in the lobby for 3 hours to get a room. The receptionist senior wasn´t interested.....

Review 30：There was no real pathway from outlying buildings to main area. Majority was walking through parking lots. We had the Mother's Day brunch which was nice but extremely overpriced. We wouldn't make that choice again.

Review 31：The rooms were nicely updated with comfy beds. The main pool was nice with kiddie slide and bar nearby.

Review 32：The restaurant was terrible. Greasy vegetables. No skim milk or egg whites or English muffins. Sat outside continually bitten by bugs, but it was too cold to sit inside. There also should be a plastic bag for wet bathing suits in the room.

Review 35：The fitness room had only one mat and not enough cardio machines for peak times; it was also too warm. There was sometimes difficulty getting more than one beach umbrella; for a party of four with 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas are needed and this seemed to cause a ruckus one morning.

Review 36：William at check In was very friendly, and continued to be extremely helpful when I asked him for little favors during our stay. All condos seem to be an easy walk to the main bldg and parking is easy. At the main bldg, the lobby is open and airy feeling and has a nice vibe. The adjacent set- up of the pool, bar and activities made for a lively and fun atmosphere. The new fitness room is spacious and has a great view of the pool area. There are plenty of paddle boards, kayaks, bikes and other toys to take out and use for as long as you want. The grounds are quite pretty and well- maintained. Lastly, the new market made it very convenient to shop for little groceries on a daily basis.

Review 37：The place was not clean. both my husband and daughter walked around in white socks that turned black within minutes of walking around the place when we first got there. floors need to be scrubbed!!! Also the place is a bit dated and small bathroom. I spent over $400/night and I expected a lot more!!

Review 39：Didnt tell us about red tide which made the beach very bad. Reason we go there is for the beach. Ants ruined the food we brought and left in the kitchen. They didnt care but it upset us

Review 41：The shade on our door was broken. One flight of stairs had what appeared to be old glue stuck to the surface giving an appearance of being dirty. In general the desk staff appears poorly trained. We never received a package that was mailed to our room.

Review 42：The kitchenette was well equipped and we had most breakfasts and lunch in. It was good to have an exercise room on the property. The beach was right across the street. The garden is attractive.

Review 43：The jacuzzi was not operating properly and, from comments of other guests who were using it at the time, this is not a new problem. Considering the cost of the units, all of the equipment should be in proper working order.

Review 44：The staff at the front desk were attentive, informative, helpful and really "made" our stay. A special "shout out" to Stephanie who was especially attentive to my requests and extremely friendly as well! The young man who handled the bike rentals was also a delight and worked hard to find a bike that fit my short stature.

Review 107：Our room needs an update, especially in the bathroom, but it was clean. WiFi reliability is spotty, which can get frustrating. Quiet place at night, we were looking for something to do a couple of nights.

Review 108：Resort is in a great location on the beach, easy walk every day to get there. The main restaurant food was excellent, you can tell that care is put into the food preparation. Free bike rental was a bonus.

Review 109：We didn't like not being able to see the actual unit that we would be staying in online prior to check in day. When we did get to see the unit we were scheduled for we found that it wasn't clean, (hair all over the floor and sink in the bathroom, the bed was not comfortable, and it had an unpleasant smell like bug spray mixed with a musty odor). It was simply not what we were expecting at all as far as the actual furnishings either. I had also requested an oceanfront room or at least view when booking it, and the original 'Coastal Residence' had neither. It was actually quite a distance from the beach, which was not visible at all from the room. This was in the West wing of the complex.

Review 110：Liked how accommodating and friendly the staff were when we had a problem with our unit! The manager actually upgraded us to another unit in the East wing, so it turned out to be a great experience. Also liked the close proximity to so many amenities, i.e. places to eat & drink, pools, fitness room, bikes, beach umbrellas and chairs, etc. all helped to make our whole experience here wonderful! They really have a wonderful staff who are eager to make your stay a pleasant one!
