Review 1：Strong chlorine smell throughout hallways, but thankfully not in our 3rd level room. Fitness room is only a treadmill and an elliptical machine.

Review 3：The bathroom floor was extremely slipperywith your shoes on. My husband slipped coming out of the shower. Wet feet on the tile floor is a serious accident waiting to happen.

Review 5：There were some hairs in our clean towels and one in the bedsheets, and the free breakfast offered very little, including doughnuts, toast, waffles, muffins, bananas, cereal, juice, milk, coffee.

Review 23：The railroad men filled the breakfast area Monday morning and did not even move so we could get to the toaster etc. (They moved after I asked them to.) I understand they need a place to get their orders but they could also show some respect for the other people staying there.

Review 34：The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating. We were late for the continental breakfast so they opened what we needed and were so helpful. Beds were so comfortable.

Review 35：Was quoted $110 per night on line..booked 2 nights but upon arrival said one night maybe second and was told rate would stay at $110 when I checked out it was $130 because they said first night $130; second night $90. Spoke to mgr and he was rude and said it didn't matter what his employee told me at checkin and said he would absolutely not refund the $20 that it didn't matter what his employee said that it matter. Not only Rude and disrespectful but really for $20 they would rather loose a customer !

Review 38：When we arrived the lobby smelled fresh and clean. Our room was the same. It was modern tasteful and comfortable. Towels were luxurious shower was hot and strong. The pool area was clean and warm. An abundance of towels noted. It w as obvious that the employees and mgt take pride in their bussiness. There w as always someone cleaning. Evan when we're loading the car there were several employees picking trash up out if the landscaping. I think they were either pi king weeds or cigarette butts.

When I said that I wasn't giving it to him,mysteriously the transaction went through. A bit suspicious so I will bewatching my credit card charges carefully. We arrived late afternoon andthe young fellow really didn't seem to care if we were there - whata difference from the desk staff that we had in the morning!

Review 76：I did not appeeciate getting a call at 10am to see if we were checking out when check out time is 11am. Thought that was very inconsiderate and rude especially when I am a paying costumer. I also did not like that you could not tell who employees were. No one was in a uniform or name tag and personally speaking being that I worked in the hotel industry for over a decade this looked very unprofessional and sloopy on your end. I am not saying you beed full uniforms but for the men on the frontdesk maybe sime dress pants and button up dress shirts or golf shirts but ripped jeans and holy shirts not what I call appropriate in a business dealing with the public. The room cleaning service staff also should be in more appropriate dress as well. To be honest your staff look like slobs.

Also, why cut corners with toilet paper - very cheaply made? Ouch! Would I recommend the Sierra ... undecided. Did seem to be clean, except back to the tee shirt issue.
