Review 1：The only thing i can say is the time to check out was to early. But other than that nothing bad.

Review 2：The staff was excellent. Me and my husdand. My husband brother pass away. They had they funeral on Saturday We were to check out by 11. But we didnt want to carry are luggage around so the staff let us keep it there till the funeral was over. My husdand was so happy. Thank you for all they did .

Review 6：Several Queen Suites with Kitchenette (for 3 adults) had broken (or designed inappropriately) sofas. Fortunately, the hotel wasn't full and our 3rd guy was offered (by staff) to spend a night in another room. The trash bin in a room was not empty. The hotel is not in the city center (downtown).

Review 9：I called several times to cancel my reservation. Was told I would receive email confirmation and never did. I will not use this hotel in the future and will post on facebook about the lack of service. Still don't know if my cancellation was confirmed.

Review 18：The house cleaners were noise. Really couldn't sleep in. The frig made all kinds of nose during the night. I would suggest tvs that have higher volume selections so you can eliminate all the extra noise. Longer pool hours especially for adult guest. Smoking section. Heavier blackest.
