Review 1：Toilet paper in the basket - you can't have everything!
Review 2：I booked this hotel at the last minute so I could watch a nearby sporting event and wasn't expecting much for the very low price - how wrong could I be? From beginning to end, all of the staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location, right on the south side of town was ideal for visiting nearby Borovets where accommodation is extremely intensive and parking very difficult - the Bistrica, by comparison was spacious, relaxed and parking straight outside. The restaurant has a massive menu and I tried several items on it, which were beautifully prepared and amazingly good value. This hotel is really good and I'd recommend it to anyone.
