Review 1：I stepped on something on the floor that punctured my foot, thereby leaving a spot of blood on the sheet. The room was very dismal, unattractive to say the least.

Review 4：We had to be in town for a funeral, which necessitated last minuteaccommodations, and staff were very accommodating and sympathetic to ourneeds. We had only one complaint - that being the person who took careof the dining room. She acted like she thought we were going to run awaywith the place.We were so much impressed otherwise, we recommended the Dakota Inn to other family members, resulting in 3 other families also staying with you. Given the opportunity, we definitely would stay again.

Review 5：Bed was fairly hard. WiFi was not very good.

Review 6：Staff was really friendly and room had a good size fridge, table and chairs. Didn't try the free breakfast because I had to be to leave very early before it opened. Homesteader's restaurant right next door has great food.

Review 7：It was so easy to get to our room. They let us check in a little early because the wedding was at 4:00pm. The temperature was comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave at no extra charge. There was a picnic table outside where my husband was able to relax and smoke. And the breakfast was decent. The room was clean. Found a place along the floor tile in the bathroom that wasn't perfect. The rest was fine. They even had extra pillows. Thank you, Booking.com. Thank you Dakota Inn.

Review 8：Room was gross. Lack of professional attitude by the staff. The smell in the facility was disgusting. The front desk attendant was asleep at the desk at 9 pm over all worst place I have ever seen

Review 10：Location was excellent easy to find -restaurant nearby was good = 2 minute walk . Pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Didn't use microwave - did use the fridge. Breakfast was good - hot waffles were an added bonus. We would stay here again.

Review 13：My first room had wet carpet and stunk bad. On the good side, the staff did put me in a new room the next morning. Needs some serious maintenance. The bathroom doors stick and ceilings and door frames, especially in the bathrooms could use some serious maintenance: cracks, etc in the ceilings,peeled paint, rusted out door frames at the bottom of the bathroom doors. We were on floor one and there was definitely issues with musty odor.. 1st room I was in had stained sheets on one of the beds.

Review 21：Needed some assistance in the evening, but the whole staff is Pakistani and there was a large language barrier to providing needs of the guests.

Review 25：The very first night we were there , we were accused of being too loud the other guests complained, if sitting watching T.V is disturbing other guests then Im not sure what being quiet is!!!!! The carpet and upholstrey on chairs were filthy, the bathroom was grosse.Staff not very friendly.The drink machine ripped us off.We will never stay there again.The place stinks, usually we dont complain but this was not nice!!!!!!

Review 29：The way we were treated by the staff who couldn't even speak English the people during the day were nice. As soon as we told them about the blood stains showing on the box spring they were rude and called the cops and they asked us to leave would not of got our money back if it wasnt for the cops being there.they need to learn how to treat guests in america we are not in their country

Review 31：travelled to Minot to shop at Hobby Lobby and this hotel was next door , just down the road and next to the highway. Hotel accommodated out request of a room away from noise. Beds were very comfortable. Swimming pool and hot tub were in very good shape and water in pool was a nice temperature.

Review 32：Room smelled musty. A/c unit was covered for the season so no way to cool room. Food being cooked in other rooms (assuming long term stays) felt like we were in an old dorm hall. Would have gotten money back and gone somewhere else but too late and too tired.

Review 37：(1) The room had a pervasive stale, damp odor, perhaps related to the air conditioner (needing a filter?), or perhaps because the room was in the basement where the humidity level would be higher. (2) The window was at ground level, so that anyone in the parking lot could see inside; the curtain would not close completely to block the view.

Review 126：Well there was hair on the sheets and hair in the shower,the room smelled and had mold on the walls in places. The rooms were small and had no thing in them but a bed,small frig and a TV witck was the nices thing there. This place could be nice but it would take a total do, only stay as a last resort that why we stayed there and cut our trip short because of this place. In close if you stay there good luck!!

Review 128：I booked online and on June 24 I phoned the hotel to cancel one night as I had originally booked two nights and could only stay for one. When I got to the hotel they told me I didn't show up for Friday night and would have to pay for two nights because I was supposed to cancel ONLINE. If this is the case, booking.com should tell you that as should have the CSR when I phoned the hotel to cancel. I did not end up having to pay for two nights but it was a good thing I documented the day that I phoned the hotel to cancel.
