Review 1：No free breakfast. This amenity was listed online, and still is, but it's not available.

Review 2：When we booked the website we used indicated that there was a free breakfast. When we asked, the front desk person was crabby towards us. We were counting on a continental breakfast but we're very disappointed.

Review 3：Fridge didn't work Door constantly jammed No hot water I've been staying at this hotel for 40+ years, at least 10 times per year. This stay was very disappointing and I will not be retuning.

Review 5：The only thing was the size of the TV. Compared to the large scale of the room, it was kinda small. Bathrooms were emmaculate but could use a little updating. Otherwise I highly recommend this place!

Review 6：I travel a lot for business and stay in some of the nicest places. For an an older resort, The Grand looked like its been completely updated. I loved it. The beds were superb!..memory foam!!! The food in the restaurant (also available in the lounge) was incredible. The pool view (from the inside rooms) is cool too. Practically walking distance to the airport. I will stay there anytime I'm in town.

Review 7：on line I booked a room with 2 King beds but when I checked in only 2 queen's were available but they compensated me financially and 4 free drink tickets!!!

Review 8：The pool. The free breakfast was great! I was impressed by the fact that they had a place for me to park my trailer so I did not have to pull it all over.

Review 9：This facility was very dirty the carpets and stairs were awful the pool area was very dirty , no towels, garbage all over, balloons and koozies in the pool the next morning!

Review 38：We were pleasant surprised of the majestic location of the Grand Hotel. Perfectly fitting for the name.

Review 46：Desk not very informative and no one said happy anniversary or congrats on your 30 years. The greeter girl at the restaurant wasn't very friendly or welcoming. It was pretty expensive for the lack of service. The room had sticky stuff on the desk and the chair arms were pretty dirty.

Review 54：I liked the idea that you can leave your car in the rear parking lot if you are catching a plane and that is included in the price of the hotel. You can also catch a shuttle to and from the airport. NIce touch with entertainment in the restaurant Friday evening. The young lady playing the guitar was very nice.
