Review 1：The furniture was really old and of very poor quality to begin with. The whole place was run down: stuff broken, rusting, out-of-date, chipped. The wifi wasn't enough to even look up walking directions on my phone.

Review 11：lowest price but perfect service. Unlike what other's comments, I think the room is clean and tidy. People here are amicable and warm-heart to help. The location is close to Purdue university, 5 minutes for driving.
Review 12：I am very sensitive to dust. I could smell dust in the bed and would like to suggest if those who clean the rooms will from time to time make sure the beds are dust free for those of us who are sensitive to it.

Review 14：People in the next room were up all night talking and laughing. We could easily hear them when they were loud. The heating / cooling fan was noisy and it came on and shut off frequently. We got used to it. Again, the good price was worth the couple of distractions.
Review 15：Campus Inn was located near our son and daughter-in-laws home. We only needed the motel for sleeping, which worked out perfectly. The price was excellent compared to the nearby hotel ($165 vs $350 for three nights). The room was very clean.
Review 16：The tv was old and had no like 4 channels, the wifi was really bad and I couldn't use it, the bed was really uncomfortable.

Review 20：You got an older, clean, room for less than 1/2 the price of the Marriot. Breakfast looked like coffee and doughnuts, but we didn't try it. No work out room, restaurant, movies etc. Panera was 1/4 mile away. Easy walk to the SE corner of the Campus and State-street shops etc. If you want to visit the campus on a budget, its a great value.
Review 21：Wifi does not work well sometimes. Some rooms are connected and its possible to hear everything from next room.

Review 40：1. Rude and aggrogant reception man(He was always there for all 3 days we stayed, I think he is a owner or a manager) who never smiles. 2. Very strong stinks in the room. 3. Dirty vending machine area just between the rooms (There were many flies and mosquitos). Conclusion : Close to Purdue is a lure. If you drive, there are lots of inns within 6 miles of Purdue. We checked out earlier, and moved to another hotel. Pick any hotel, it will be cleaner and more kind than Campus inn. I think going to Purdue from Campus Inn by Walk is difficut. Then close distance is not a merit at all. P.S. When I made a reservation, I read a comment about Campus Inn that was titled "Never go there-dirty", but the reply by campus inn manager was that "We remodeled". I think that is not true.

Review 103：I had driven from Wisconsin to Indy for the road race and back to Lafayette. It was very basic but clean and that's all I needed. For 62 bucks I got what I wanted a bed and a shower. Right next to nine Brothers Irish Pub. Good food, live music and Guiness of course.
