Review 1：We stayed two nights before our condo reservation; I would not want to spend a whole vacation here because it is a bit of a drive to Poipu and there is not really much of a view.
Review 2：We arrived on a late flight and were able to check in after hours. It was a large space.

Review 4：Perfect location. Near the Airport( within 10 minutes by car) and beautiful beach. Room is clean and has strong wifi(it is bit weak at 2nd floor but still you are in Internet connection). Staffs are very friendly and easy to ask any questions.
Review 5：Traffic from the businesses across the street was so noisy you couldn't sleep past 6 am. The air conditioning was old and noisy.
Review 6：The beach across the street and Kiki the concierge was the highlight of the resort. Front desk staff not helpful or friendly almost to the point of being rude.
Review 7：Very comfortable, spacious apartments in excellent location (close to all major stores). Apartment was well equipped. Nice, island style decorations throughout.

Review 11：We had a comfortable overnight stay at the well situated Banyan Hotel. Staff were helpful and informative and our apartment was clean and spacious. The hotel is within easy access to Kauai Airport.

Review 13：wonderful staff welcomed by Josie and Kiki the concierge, who gave us lots of advice. we stayed in a 1-bedroom B18 room which was wonderfully comfortable. the location was across the street from simple pleasures and within minutes to the best food. across from Nawiliwili Park and the beach.
Review 14：Our unit was closer to the road and the port. So, it was was really quite noisy due to the traffic.
Review 15：Nice enough rooms and the bed was very comfortable. Much of the needed gear was provided by the hotel. i.e., snorkel stuff, surf shoes, cooler, beach towels, etc.
Review 16：Our unit would have been perfect if we had an upstairs a/c unit. We did have a downstairs one. This condo is clean and very spacious -ours was a 2 story with 1 1/2 bath. The Banyon Harbor travel expert, Kiki, was excellent! She is a big plus for this facility!!!

Review 18：Price was high for what we got. The place was "homie" feeling not elegant or extravagant like many other properties I saw. It was mostly clean and the quality was nice, but there was chipped and peeling paint, stained rug/carpet, and dust in the condo.
Review 19：Staff was amazing! I mean really really amazing! They knew me by name - in a good way I hope. They have a lot of extras (i.e., beach towels, toiletries, free computer and printer, etc.). It felt like staying at a friends house with a guest room.

No apology, moved to another room, all our belongings were wet and in the new room the dryer didn't work and there were no sheets for the hide-a-bed and when we moved it was late and front desk was not available to help us with the problems in the new room.

Review 34：The unit is a bit outdated and the bedrooms are very small. We had a two bedroom for three of us and it would have been very cramped for six.
Review 35：We liked the location, close to the airport when arriving on a late night flight. It is handy to both the natural and cultural sights on the island.
Review 36：The room above us. The people were like a heard of elephants even late at night, it finally died down around 10pm. Since we are early risers 10pm is late for us, fortunately that was the only poor thing.
Review 37：The room was very good and all of the amenities were great. We loved the pool area and the barb q made it nice to eat and swim. Kiki the concierge was very pleasant and helpful.
Review 38：It was extremely spacious, cool, clean, with beautiful views and a great location. As I had no car - I could walk places, take a bus, or grab a taxi easy enough. Josie at reception was just delightful when I checked in and again after I left! They stored my bag until I returned for the bus back to the airport. Next time I'll bring some friends and make a longer stay!
Review 39：The A/C was only in the front room, so didn't keep the bedrooms cool at night. But they included several fans, so we created an airflow that helped. The stairs were hard for my elderly mother - 16 steps.
Review 40：The kitchen was well-stocked. The shower had the best water-pressure I've experienced in years. We had to lanais. The location is within walking distance to several restaurants and shops, and Kalapaki Bay. I suggest eating at JJs Broiler. Portions are large enough to split, and everything was wonderful.
Review 41：Washer and dryer was really moldy very stinky but since I had to do some laundry I cleaned it myself. I've done plenty maintenance of my day and even after a half hour scrubbing and bleaching it still stank. Thank God for dryer sheets.

Review 54：Kiki was a real treat! The local knowledge of activities helped make our first trip to this island a great experience. Although the units are older, everything was clean and comfortable. Great spot if you don't want to feel like you are in a resort.
Review 55：The apartment was on the second floor, and it was itself a duplex with the bedrooms upstairs. Stairway was steep and quite narrow so it was hard to get luggage through. Very dated furnishings, it was like staying at grandma's. Receptionists rather unfriendly.

Review 59：The accommodations weren't exactly as advertised...There was supposed to be a second bed in the second bedroom but it wasn't there so my son slept on the floor. It was only for one night though so it was ok.
