Review 1：The door lock were faulty and it left us out in the rain, while attempting to get help from owner or staff member. Unable to reach anyone. The door eventually were opened via a window.

Review 3：In our self-catering unit, the bathroom was dirty and cramped. The lights were not functioning properly in the living/bedroom area and the ceiling fan did not work because the pull-cord had been broken off.. When we asked for them to be fixed, the manager and staff removed a bulb from one light placed it into the bedroom light, providing poor light in both areas. I found out late in the evening that the bedside light was not working properly - when switched on, it flicked on briefly and then did not work. I was concerned about the safety so disconnected it from the power source

Review 5：The plugs in the room are located at hard to teach places and you have to remove the tv plug to get the kettle to boil. Invest in solid carpets.

Review 7：The room described as "Luxury Double with en-suite". In fact it was a poorly converted single car garage. The en-suite was a poorly bricked off corner of the room. The toilet failed to flush clean even after 6 attempts. A water pump on the other side of the wall woke us several times in the night - we left early.

Review 9：- we were not "expected" on arrival. No one to meet/greet. Pure coincidence that the owner (husband) arrived more or less same time - no restaurant or breakfast facilities - b&b? - Depends on one's needs, but feel this b&b is in the middle of nowhere.

Review 11：The Bed were very uncomfortable two single bed for a couple. No Kitchen facilities even though it claim to be a self-catering. Price was a bit too high because the breakfast was not included.
