Review 1：The heater in the bathroom had a smokey smell and the coils were exposed (I'm sure it wasn't code. Bathroom facet created a leak onto the floor. The room in general had a moldy smell to it. Weather guard was coming off on the door. The heater was extremely loud and could not be used.
Review 2：The carpet needs a good shampoo. Paint on wall is peeling and needs touch up. Bathroom floor needs a good mopping. TV is a tube tv. Pillow is hard. There was a dead bug on the bathroom floor. The room had a musty smell.

Review 4：That it was very difficult to find this hotel. The signage isn't very visible from the street. Also in my room the air conditioner wasn't working properly. It kept shutting off after 10 minutes of running.
Review 5：Could not get the wi-fi to work. The room air conditioner was LOUD. The bathroom electrical outlet was controlled by the overhead light switch.

Review 9：On the net it was written that hotel is 1.1 miles from Purdue university but it is over three miles and you have to spend at least 12 to 14 USD to reach to Purdue memorial which is main event place in Purdue. Otherwise also it seems to be on out skirts with no major activities to be done in evening. All in all not good location.

Review 13：Stayed here for a week. When I first got my room it smelt stale. I left do not disturb sign on door yet when I returned later that day room had been made up. Next morning very grumpy caretaker accused me of smoking in my room and called manager who came round. I was eventually believed. Stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide and never been accused any like this.

Review 23：The breakfast was packaged pastries and "bulk" cereals in hoppers. The coffee wasn't very good, either. This, to me, doesn't constitute "breakfast". The in-room coffee was not replenished when the room was cleaned. The in-bathroom heater didn't work, so the bathroom was a bit chilly in the morning, even though we left the door open all night. The room smelled very bad for a few hours. I don't know if it had anything to do with the main, window heating unit or not. The entire place just has a very run-down appearance. I'm trying to figure out why we were so dissatisfied, although paying nearly $100/night for this is still untasty. But it was one of the cheaper options. :(
Review 24：The bed was very comfortable. The linens were white and clean. The towels, while not very fluffy, were also white and clean. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was nice.
Review 25：Small family run motel, older style with direct access to rooms from car and no corridor noise. Single story, so no elephants overhead! Five minutes from Perdue by car, possible bus service there. Very quiet in off season.

Review 36：Room was very small. Toilet in bathroom was nearly impossible to use as it was less than 6 inches from the wall. A/C-heater was very loud. Free WiFi was extremely slow. When I arrived at 2:30 pm, the door to lobby was locked and I had to call to get someone to check me in. The breakfast was cereal, packaged pastries, coffee, and juice. The milk did not seem to be very fresh.

Review 108：The strangest thing that I have never experienced in all my travels ---- a dangerously slippery tub. It was a challenge to remain upright without breaking my neck in the shower. No residue seemed to be on the tub, but no safety tread either! Weird. I told the manager/owner? and she seemed to be receptive to doing something about this. The only other complaints are that the pool was not open and I don't believe this was advertised as such in the listing. And, the "continental breakfast" was not really worth anything. I don't mean for this review to be overly negative, but these were the "cons," as I saw them. My two nights there were restful, overall.
Review 109：This is another of the many older lodgings that are now being run by people from India. These folks appear to be doing everything they can to both update the facilities and keep them up. Some rough edges still evident, but progress is being made, and the room itself was spotless, with a very comfortable bed and pillows.

Room was comfortable and clean (did my own inspection hehe), the bed was really comfy (no squeaking or anything either), bathroom was spotless, fresh towels, soap, shampoo etc Staff was friendly and nice. My gf didn't love it at first (she's one of those 45th floor, 5star hotel kinda girls) but was happy with it by the time we left. It's perfect for a one or two night stay. I definitely liked it and would stay again

We didn't notice because when you first turned it on, it would blow out warm air, but then would alternate throughout the night between warm air and cold air. We told the front desk about this issue, but they were completely unhelpful. They said that the heater had to be set (some weird way) even though the unit itself was completely self-explanatory. If only it worked though!
Review 123：Stains on floor of carpet. No heat in room. Broken tile in bathroom. No heat in bathroom. Smelled musty. Pictures provided on site were deceiving. Breakfast was free but not ready when scheduled. Not much of choice in breakfast foods. Room was set up awkwardly, not east to get to bathroom.
