Review 1：We found out that we were going to have to pay a $75 pet fee when we got to the property. I can see putting down a deposit and taking it if the pet does damage, but this seemed steep. Some dogs are much neater than some people! Bathroom was also very small.

Review 3：The staffs are really friendly. The room we stayed in is spacious. The free breakfast is a plus and the kids love the swimming pool. We would stay there again is we're ever heading that way again.

Review 5：For business or leisure , this hotel is great. It's location is central to several business districts but is also supported by many restaurants and bars within short driving distance. Clean, quiet, friendly. Free breakfast is nice too since some other chains are starting to not offer that (Marriott).

Review 6：We went for Detroit's Movement festival so we kinda wanted to have a lil party in the room but no one mentioned they have "Quiet time" from 10pm-9am This could be a Hit or Miss for some travelers, for us it was a miss since we were not looking for peace or quiet. But I could see how others would like this feature. The pool was closed during our stay for repairs, this was something else we were looking forward to, they would not even give us a discount for that.

Review 7：The place was full of nice and helpful workers, Really comfortable beds and the rooms were pretty big. Close to many restaurants and convenience stores and next to the movie theater. You also have a fridge in the room pretty convenient if you ask me... they don't have microwaves in the rooms but I took down my left overs from the day before downstairs and they heated it for me. I thought that was nice of them, they could have just said no.

Review 8：The woman checking us in had an slight attitude for no apparent reason. Could have been just a bad day, but still unacceptable.

Review 13：This hotel is beautiful, convenient, has all of the amenities that we enjoy, and has a great staff. We almost stayed somewhere else on this trip due to location and price and switched it back because we liked it so much the first time. Great place to stay!

Review 18：The screaming 15 year olds celebrating a birthday. Screaming all night long down the hall, hotel should be aware of that and put it to a stop.

Review 23：Quickly called to make sure everything was satisfactory. The room was large and comfy. All areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. The complimentary breakfast was better than most. Plenty of things to do in the area. What's not to like.

Review 24：Although it was terrible, the breakfast wasn't that great. The pancakes were hard and made out of a terrible batter that tasted nothing like pancakes.

Review 25：Rochelle was FABULOUS!!! She was very helpful and informative. Also, she gave me the fastest check-in I have ever experienced. The rooms were perfect and rest of the hotel amenities were awesome as well.

Review 30：The one con was the shuttle service. They say that it only goes about 5 miles but that encompasses very little. It doesn't even go to most of the malls nearby. In fact, I never saw the shuttle leave its spot in front of the hotel while I was there. So just FYI, if you're staying there and have no car, budget A LOT for taxis. There are no buses in the area either. Also the bathroom was always pretty cold.

Review 31：This hotel had a very relaxed, cozy feel. It felt a lot like a boutique hotel or even a bit like a hostel instead of a chain hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, warm and willing to assist. The hotel itself was really quiet and clean - even though there were a lot of guests at the time, it never became loud or overwhelming. The room was very, very nice and spacious and it was quite clean. There was complimentary wifi everywhere too which was a big plus. The couch in the room was really comfortable and could definitely have been used as a bed if need be. The beds were super comfortable, the TV is in an awkward place but it's not a big deal. Lots of fluffy, comfy towels! There were a lot of fairly healthy food options throughout the day. I really liked the tea selection and appreciated that you could take tea or coffee to go because they had disposable cups and covers. The friend I stayed with LOVED the yogurt. I had the Starbucks brand hot chocolate a few times and it was quite large and tasty. We also went to J. Alexander's restaurant just across the street and the food was great. There are quite a few shopping and dining options in the area. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Review 32：I informed the young lady at check in it was my sons Birthday. She brought cupcakes for all four children, candy, chips, and complementary movie passes. I wish I could remember her name, but I think it was Mary. The clerk in the morning told me she was new. Her hospitality was awesome. We also enjoyed the dining area for dinner that evening, and the complementary breakfast was an awesome experience as well. There was always someone to help if we needed anything. This is where we will continue to stay in the future. Thank for everything.
