Review 1：1 there's no sea view 2 they tryed to rob me on the exchange rate then laughed about it when I questioned it 3 I asked for a wake up call no call 4 there was a poo in my toilet 5 my view was tin roofs (slum like) 6 when I asked to change room they said they were fully booked as I went to the bar a German guy came in and asked for a room for one night they said they only had deluxe rooms he said no I questioned if I payed could I upgrade they said they were fully booked 7 the Hot breakfast was cold 8 they tryed to charge me for a international phone call this was the guest before me (this issue was resolved) 9 I asked for a refund as I wasn't happy there was no let me get my manager just no 10 I asked for the manger he was in malasia and there's nothing they could do I asked to speak to the person in charge they were also in malasia

Review 4：Beautiful sea view. The hotel is near the attractions of the city such as Robinson, evening markets and bars and short walk from the nearby park and Koh Loy island. Good free break fast that includes American and thai foods.
