Review 1：Vending machines for water were cash based. I wanted water at midnight and I had to ask the operator for some change but he did not have any. He was kind enough to get me a bottle of water from his admin room.

Review 7：The WiFi never worked for us, and we had a quirky (okay, oddball) woman staying in a room near ours who parked her car and would sit in it for hours on end, staring in her side-view mirror into our room. Closed curtains solved it easily.

Review 13：I didn't like the fact that my bathroom tub was also the jacuzzi. To get in for a shower was a challenge for my disabled mother, who has difficulties with large steps. Getting in and out was a challenge not only for her but myself also. For I am a short person. Please have your staff inform guest of that before hand.

Review 15：Clean and very pleasant. Loved the outside courtyard area near the pool where we relaxed and rested. We had our 2 year old grandson who was loud and they gave us a perfect location away from the crowd so he could be more free. Great ! Friendly, accommodating staff!

Review 16：The desk staff initially told me that they did not have a record of my reservation. I insisted I made one and showed them my confirmation paperwork from Booking.com. After much searching, they found the reservation in a log book. There was no effort to indicate that they would honor the reservation, prior to locating it in their log book. Not at all polite about the situation.

Further, In my 3 day stay never once did the hotel clean my room. The only maid for the whole floor was still working at 7pm.

Review 29：Noisy air conditioning; fan ran continuously instead of shutting off when not needed. Was either too warm or too cold. Tired rooms. Double beds instead of queen sized beds. Breakfast eggs and sausage were previously frozen items and unappetizing.

Review 31：To have to wait for over one hour and thirty minutes before being given a room that was reserved more than three weeks ago. Today is Sunday. Thursday's reservation went without a hitch. Plus, the Sunday's room was a down grade from the Thursday room. I am concerned that this is the way retired service persons are treated, regardless of the color of their (skin).

Review 33：The pool was dirty. I understand there was a large rain storm the day before, and my stay was on a Sunday so maybe the pool cleaning staff had the day off? Someone should have seen to the leaves and branches in the pool.

We thought we left an item in the room when we left, the night clerk made no effort to take our name and number to follow up with the morning crew when they came in.

She was professional,informative, and patient with our situation. Dana was the only I continued to stay at Best Western because I was very unsatisfied that I had to wait to get in my room when I arranged reservations prior upon arriving. So I would like to give a big hats off to Dana for keeping us calm.

Review 113：As the hotel was still in the remodeling process, there were mattresses stacked against the walls in the hallways and some areas still needed new carpet. Eventually it will be completed and we are happy for their effort to improve to keep their guests coming back.

Review 114：It was clear that the hotel was being upgraded and we were happy that our rooms were those already completed. The furnishings were new, carpet and bedding was new, and the rooms were very clean. There were quite a few guests at the hotel but it was quiet throughout the evening. We also enjoyed the pool in the evening which had plenty of lounge chairs and some tables for those who didn't want to swim. We will definitely stay here again.

Room numbers and directional signs were laying on the ground.Large black moldy spots were visable on walls in vendong area andhallways. The carpets were very dirty. All the wall trim was off inhallways and debris from the construction was all over the floor. Ourheater/cooling unit could not be used because it stunk so bad!! Thewebsite, and guest room book advertised each room had movies availableto order and all the equipment was still intact in the room for movies.But it didnt work and when we asked front desk for help ordering a moviethey informed us that they don't offer movies for order any longer.The refridgerator was very loud. The beds were hard as a rock!
