Review 2：Our unit is right on the first floor, we can park right outside. It is comfortable for 4 adults to share. Nice to have a kitchen with cookware. Price is reasonable and the location is right on 112 freeway.

Review 3：The facility was great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed and more! Would highly recommend and look forward to another visit on the future.

Review 4：No WiFi except in lobby ... It simply didn't work elsewhere. We complained and they promised to get back to us and never need. Staff seemed rather above it all. Loud whirring/humming noise (heaters? Dishwasher? Jacuzzis?) from other suites at night in twin bedroom and living room.

Review 5：Very comfortable rooms with a lovely view of the mountain, a reasonable indoor pool. Great location for Loon, with free shuttle. Fabulous whirlpool in our bedroom.

Review 6：The internet is a bit slow and somewhat sporadic - it’s much better in the lobby The telephone customer service is very poor, it's so bad that we nearly cancelled our reservation before ever going to this hotel. I'm happy that we decided to go ahead and stay here but they should really do something about training someone to answer the phones in an informed and polite manner.

Review 7：Stay and check-in/check-out perfect, fast, effective and efficient Hotel Amenities include an outdoor hot tub which is wonderful after a day on the slopes The overall décor of the room is a bit dated but it’s a HUGE condo style 1 bed apartment with a fantastic gas fireplace and jet tub. We loved it and found it so comfortable we opted to stay in one night to enjoy the fire and make dinner using the very well-appointed kitchen

Review 8：The Wifi did not work (after repeated calls to front desk, engineering responded to say Wifi infrastructure was outdated and would be replaced soon, but until then I was out of luck). Also, alarm clock in nearby unoccupied room went off at 6am for 30 minutes and woke our family.

Review 12：It was not always possible to park near the suite though there was plenty of parking on site.

Review 13：We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. There was a magnificent view of autumn foliage from the balcony.It was in an ideal situation for all the White Mountain attractions but was very quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable amd there was plenty of good hot water in the bathroom.

Review 14：I don't think it would hurt if they sent a guy around with 2 screw drivers and tightened all the loose screws on things, ie... pot and pan handles, door knobs, fridge door handle, etc. things looses up over time. for excellent the devil is in the details.

We had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle from Loon because the driver went to lunch. We were not able to get a room next to family members which made it tough to hang out together with the kids at night.
