Review 1：Hotel was fairly empty and the staff tried to get away without setting up for breakfast; they didn't setup until we insisted. That was very frustrating.

Review 3：We had a suite which included a lounge. The rooms were well equipped. The location on the hill with rolling lawns and beautiful gardens is absolutely beautiful. The luxury combined with a casual feeling makes you feel at home easily. The friendliness of the staff was outstanding. So was the food and the service. Best hotel we stayed in years and we are extensive travellers. Value for money is outstanding. Can't have wished for a better place to stay

Review 8：The only negative was our in-room air conditioner. It just did not cool the room. Unfortunately we were there only one night so we didn't have a chance to address it with the hotel. And we kept the balcony doors open so that helped!

Review 9：Really a surprising little gem in this office park. The pictures had looked dated, but it did not feel that way at all. And the staff were all so friendly! I would definitely stay here again. We also opted to eat at the hotel for dinner since we had been driving all day and had to get up super early the following day. The food was great!

Review 10：The staff serving breakfast need to be trained a bit more. They need to listen carefully with what is ordered from the menu. Two of three mornings, they got the breakfast order partly incorrect.

Review 11：The whole hotel has a great feel. The staff and management are friendly, polite and helpful. Food was tasty, both breakfast and dinner. It's beautiful and relaxing. Glad we stayed at the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Review 43：When I checked in I was handed the key without being told where the roomwas or any offer of help with my baggage. The room was big but tv verysmall and old. The toilet had an ugly big crank-arm ith which to flushthe toilet. There was no hot or even warm water in the shower the nextmorning. At our dinner my chcken was half cooked and my son'sseafood pasta was awful. We left our food and went to kfc. Not a happyexperience at all. Very disappointing.
