Review 1：My fault...and the person before me. The sink in the bathroom (rm 202) drained super super slow. On the verge of backing up. I meant to leave a note and forgot too. How will they know until someone remembers to do that?

Review 2：The girl who was working the front desk was helpful. I was tired and just wanted something quick and easy for dinner and she made a few good suggestions.

Review 3：Unable to get any sleep at all due to some kind of noisy motor running all night. Needed ear plugs. Will not return.

Review 7：Location - it is near the freeway, Nut Tree Airport, and the shopping outlets but is in a quiet cul-de-sac. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a plus.

Review 8：Management very rude. I was told early check-in then was told they won't!!! When there was obviously rooms available. They say smoke-zone zone that must only mean cigarettes because it smelt like a reggae concert in the hotel. Walls paperthin hear everything in rooms above you below you and on both sides!!!!!

Review 10：Extremely disappointed from initial check in until departure. We notified them that we would be arriving a little early and they said no problem we will get in early. Well they did not and we had been on the road since 1 am. When the couple in front of me got an early check in. My son and I both had separate rooms and it was to be smoke free and it smelled of cigarettes. They did nothing! We are both allergic. Desk people were rude. Kids running up and down the halls all night, walls were paper thin, woke up by next bedroom snoring and the other bedroom he was beating his wife and police were called. Breakfast in the morning was a joke. No coffee in room.

Review 12：The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the outlets and yet it isnt. Very peaceful.

Review 13：Terrible customer service, I rang the bell and waited 10 minutes before someone came out to help me upon checking in. The rooms are way too small, the tv remote did not work and they did not have a spare. The walls are too thin because the man next to us snored so loud we did not sleep at all. The consession stand was ill stocked, they were out of everything and kept directing us to the gas station 1 block over for whatever we needed. Snacks ect. Overall it was a very bad experience.

Review 14：I booked thru booking.com, it showed a big spa tub for my room on their site so when I checked it I had a regular tub. The woman at the desk said there were none available and that my room didn't co.d with one. I told it showed on booking.com. she wouldn't do anything for Us. Then my $111.00 room turned into $150.00 room with extra fees. We tried to use the pool on site and it was full of about 14 kids diving and dive bombing us . Staff wouldn't do anything.

Review 27：I was placed on the 2nd floor, right above the indoor pool. It was extremely loud until way into the night. Well past the posted 10pm closing time. I requested a different room and the hoops they wanted me to go thru, we're unreasonable. The 2nd nite, there was a party in the rooms under me until 3am that shook the rooms and walls and again the noise was unacceptable. I stayed a total of 3 nights. I will not stay again nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 29：Availability of luggage cart on our last day was terrible. A sign needs to be placed on the main lobby area for anyone using the cart must return it to the lobby after use. We had to lug very heavy luggage and bags to the car and we had 2 disabled persons with us.

Review 31：We had noisy people above us. When we first entered our room we heard children running through the hall upstairs. My husband heard children and a baby during the night. If we had spoken to the clerk it would have been taken care of.

Review 33：Tried to control the temperature with the wall thermaostat. Did not realize until morning that the controls were under the window. I was uncomfortably warm all night. Finally opened the window, but felt unsafe since I was on the ground floor, which added to my discomfort. Tried to call the main desk multiple times by pushing the Main Desk button on the phone. Was never able to reach them until I called on my cell phone and they told me I needed to punch 0...that information was not available anywhere. I was also disappointed that I was not able to use AAA or AARP discounts. I thought the rate for the room was a little high.
