Review 1：Heater in the room was not working properly. Had to set it at 90 degrees and it still only blew lukewarm air. Told them in the office but they never followed up.
Review 2：Good location near downtown and some of our favorite stores.
Review 3：no iron or ironing board in the room. called front desk and they told me I had to pick up. It would have been a "nice touch" if the motel staff had delivered the iron to my room.

Review 7：Manager at first couldn't find reservation. Had to show him my on line booking. Then tried to charge me way more than quoted in reservation. No electric plugs in bathroom. Soap provided of cheap quality.

Review 9：SO gross. I dont think they changed the sheets between stays. There was a hand towel hanging by screws in the window as a curtain. And the lights didnt work.
Review 10：The tub filled up while we showered. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the air conditioner was frozen and not working properly.

Review 16：We arrived late in the day and were very tired. The first thing I noticed was that the front door to the room was clean (good sign). The AC worked almost too well. Although it was 'beetle season' (those who travel alot will know what I'm refering to) there was not 1 of those little creatures inside the room. This is an older hotel but is one of the cleanest (inside and out) that I have stayed at. I would highly recommend them. They truely care about their guests.
Review 17：Stained comforter slash blanket. Roach in the room upon awakening. I'm 5'10, 180 Lbs and the toilet was hard to fit on and very close to the ground; I'm athletic and it was uncomfortable to use for me. The greeting upon arrival at 10pm was less than enthusiastic by a man in stocking feet. The walls were painted cbs blocks. The refrigerator didn't work.

Review 19：extra charge $13 per pet per night. extremely old appliances, fridge not working and noisy, on a noisy street, trucks and train at night wakes you up, extremely uncomfortable bed, flat pillows, extremely cheap complimentary soap and wash, stained towels, poor customer service, room is dark, headboard was broken and creaked, filthy carpet.
Review 20：We had a broken bathroom door in our first room and the facilities looked a little run down. Needed a paint job.
Review 21：Staff was friendly. When we discovered the door to the bathroom was broken they changed us to another room. It was clean and bedding was clean.

Review 27：Clean room with plenty of space. The person who have a review and complained about the towels is a moron. The note in the bathroom is saying if you have any spills to use the cleaning rag and to not use the good towels and hand cloths for spills. In other words only use the good towels to clean yourself. Any person with an ounce of common sense would understand what the note meant.
Review 28：Everything was great. It was just as a motel should be: inexpensive, clean and in a convenient location. The family that runs the motel was very friendly and helpful.
Review 29：They didn't take off for the military discount. The bed was super hard, had no give whatsoever. It was like sleeping on concrete. Sleeping on a cot would've been more comfortable.

Review 35：They gave away the room I reserved with a king size bed, and gave me a room with two double/full size beds. Even after I called ahead and paid before I arrived. Facilities were old. Need to be updated. The furniture was cramed into the room. The furniture was old, mismatched, and dirty. Lock on door was broken.

Review 38：It was clean , staff was nice . Staff got mouse traps in the bathroom and did offer to give us a new room. Air condition was great. Also loved the microwave & Icebox . The outside was well lite at night.
Review 39：The A/C was not on when we arrived per their policy to save money. We were asked during reservation process when we would be arriving. We specified 9-10pm...and we arrived at 9:30pm. We expected the room to be ready for us go right in and relax for the night - unaware of the A/C status. We accepted the fact that we would need to wait a few hrs for the A/C to cool our room. Unfortunately, it was defective. Instead, I had to convince the Owner/manager that our A/C was tripping off periodically. By the time we move all of our stuff to the "new" room and got settled it was almost midnight and 95F. Needless to day, the room never really cooled down to a confortable temp. Not a best stay. The management really needs to evaluate their A/C policy if they expect to keep any repeat customers. We did not stay there on our way back through NM.
Review 40：We liked the cute, rustic look of the place. Obviously it was economical for a one night pitstop on the road.
Review 41：Not enuf hangars in wardrobe (only 3). Remote for TV didn't work very well. Exchanged it at office and that one didn't work very well either. No plug for washbasin -- anything you drop in there is gone forever.
Review 42：Room attractive and scrupulously clean. Bed comfortable with 4 pillows -- much appreciated. Located near I-25, near an Albertson's market, and 5 minutes from downtown area. Also only 2 blocks from Apodaca Park, pleasant place for a morning walk. A good deal for the price.

Review 96：The air conditioner only worked intermittently and was extremely loud. It would stop working for hours at a time while the temperature was 100+ outside. The toilet ran constantly. The flapper was cracked and wouldn't close properly. I tried turning off the water to the tank, but any position other than full on would cause the water valve to leak all over the floor. The bathroom walls were yellowish and grimy looking. The shower was painfully loud no matter how I adjusted the water flow. There was no hot water on the first night of my stay. The wi-fi didn't work at all on the first night and was spotty thereafter. I found a dirty sock in a drawer in the room. The refrigerator was only able to remain mildly cool even at max setting. Frozen items placed in the freezer compartment would thaw or melt within about ten minutes. The volume on the TV was never loud enough to overcome the noise from the AC and the running toilet. The floor felt sticky.
Review 97：The staff were friendly and quick to try to resolve several issues that arose during my stay. The walls are made of cinder block, so noise from outside the room was never an issue. The grounds around the motel are well maintained and nice looking. The rates are very affordable. The motel is located in a central area near several stores and restaurants.
Review 98：Comfortable, clean, affordable accomodations, conveniently located. Staff was very friendly. After checking out, I found out that I needed to stay in Las Cruces two more nights. I went back to the same hotel they gave me the same room at the same low price.

Review 104：When we book the room it was a suppose to be a deluxe room non smoking. That did not happen we got a regular non smoking room with a microwave and refrigerator . and the bed was very firm.Bring you fan and extra blank to make to bed the AC/worked but did not cool room.
