Review 1：While my room was beautiful, I didn't find it to be comfortable. Even with windows open and the overhead fan, the temperature never fell below 75 degrees except in early morning when it dropped to 74. An evaporative cooler was provided, but it seemed too much trouble to set it up in my small room. While the bed seemed of very good quality, the foam mattress retained heat.

Review 2：The hotel and my room were beautiful, decorated with great care. I appreciated the 20% discount on breakfast and lunch at the restaurant on the premises. The location was wonderful, within two blocks of the free gondala and several trailheads. The room was quiet.

Review 3：Concierge and check in staff were not overly friendly. Professional but not warm. Then again most of the service industry people we met in town were the same way.

It did get a touch noisy on some nights since the hotel is smack in the middle of things.
