Review 1：The staff was very friendly. professional and accommodating with all our needs. The hotel itself was very clean and smelled great. Very comfortable as well.

Review 2：Breakfast. Let's see, do I want to start my day with sugar, sugar, or SUGAR? It's no wonder Americans are so far! Gross. I would rather pay $5 less and go get some fresh jog hurt at the grocery store.

Having to call the front desk at 4:15 a.m. to have somebody come and remove it because it would not stop, and then getting no type of discount whatsoever as I was checking out at 6 a.m. even though the person checking me out of the hotel was the same person that had to come to my room to disconnect the smoke alarm

Review 8：Service was poor. My wife and I were in the area for a funeral, our reservation was for two nights. When we returned to the property at about 6 P.M on Saturfay our room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk to report the problem, after which we went to dinner. We returned at 9 PM and the room had not been serviced. Called the front desk again where the responce lacked interest in our needs. We ended up getting clean towels only.

Review 12：Unprofessional staff, no bar!!! If you are traveling with private car, the location is fine. It is just few kilometers from the downtown. However, a traveler like me who was attending a conference at La Crosse center, it would be difficult to commute. Well, the taxi is fine, but it is expensive. I asked the staff whether there is any bus stop around, she didn't know and didn't care to check. Then I searched and found that there is a bus commuting through the downtown, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It is $1.5 only. There is no airport shuttle. I had to leave the hotel at around 4:00 in the morning. Again, the staff didn't know whether a taxi reservation is possible. Later I found that it is possible and I managed to reserve one. Overall, the hotel is just fine. However, the staffs should be more professional.

Review 14：There was a miscommunication between Booking.com and the hotel, resulting in being charged for an extra night that we did not stay. The "fix" would have charged the hotel, but the fault was with Booking.com.

Review 15：The so called WiFi, it was a joke. Or rather the lack of WiFi, the younglady at the counter said they are always having problems with it.I'm not sure how a business person would get any work done withouthave reliable internet service.

Review 16：My grandson had to have a sleep deprived eeg @ Gunderson Health Clinic@ 7 A. M. My daughter and I had the hard task of keeping a 2 yr oldawake and entertained from midnight until the time of his appointment.The staff was extremely accommodating and understanding. Kudos to thestaff. The room was very nice and the beds were very comfy. Over all agreat stay.

Review 24：Making reservations with Booking.com was such a pleasure compared to other online booking ! Asia was working the front desk when we checked in, and I had made reservations for two rooms, one for me and one for my parents, I was worried about their being issues with credit card, and names when checking in, but we had no problems and it was quick and easy. Asia was awesome. Nacho bar was great for a snack when we got back to hotel. Room was very clean. Bed was great, I slept like a baby!

Review 25：We were in town for Viterbo and UW-LaCrosse college visits. The placewas clean, the beds were insanely comfortable, and the breakfast spreadwas far more than I anticipated. (Not just coffee and carbs, but fruit,yogurt, eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy. Quite a spread!) I alsoaccidentally left something on the counter at the front desk. Momentsafter we got to our room, Maddie called, said she had it and thendelivered it to me herself. I was very impressed with this level ofcustomer service.

Review 29：The staff was amazing! We had no troubles for them to deal with, but they were just friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was extensive and very good. I am gluten intolerant, so sometimes there isn't much I can eat. But the scrambled eggs and sausage were cooked perfect. I also had a banana and yogurt. There were waffles, sausage gravy and biscuits, cereal, pastries, fruit.....very nice selection. The coffee was good too! Loved the curved mirror and extra light right over the bathroom sink.

Review 30：This was a no smoking room and the bed, pillows, and bathroom all had a very strong smoke smell. The drain in the shower was also very slow and wedis stood in water while showering.

Review 41：All the rooms are quite small- everything was diminutive. They are perfect for one person, but for the two of us it was a bit tight. The skink and counter in the bathroom were small and quite low too. That was our only criticism. Small price, small room. :) Apart from that, it is a good value.
