Review 1：I reserved the room for two nights. During the check-in, I clearlymentioned , that I wish to pay only for first night as I might have toleave earlier. Hotel receptionist told that I have to pay full amount.Next morning, when I decided to check-out due to travel plans change,the hotel staff were very rude and arrogant, telling that no refund ispossible, even if leaving earlier. This is totally un-acceptable, giventhe room charge being very high compared to market rate in Johannesburg.Also the breakfast was not existent, you will be offered some cerealsand white bread with very oily omelet. I have been traveling extensivelyin Africa, but this is probably the worst hotel experience. Never again.
