Review 3：The hotel has an old and a new building. I stayed at the new building in 2010 and liked it a lot. In 2012 I stayed in the old building and didn't like it. Furnitures and piping system are very old. Faucets doesn't open easily. Windows does not have soft curtains and you have to close the black-out curtain to get privacy, staying in the dark even during a sunny day. Prices charged were different from the voucher. I had to discuss about my rights but the clerk didn´t agree with the prices. eg: tax include X tax excluded; parking cost per day.

Review 5：The room rate its not worth it, toilet is very bad. Hard to communicate,no English speaking at all.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
