Reviews for Lumiere Hotel

Review 1:Excellent boutique hotel. All the staff went out of their way to make the stay perfect. Everything is thought about, the comfortable beds , linens , huge bathrooms, robe and slippers , luxury toiletries , complimentary breakfast , amazing hot tub and sauna, ski valet and more. We would love to come back again.

Review 2:This hotel exceeded all our expectations. We were upgraded to a one bedroom unit. The rooms looked like a very elegant apartment. The views from the balcony were amazing. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Review 3:The only bad experience that we had was having to say goodbye.

Review 4:We were greeted with champagne by beautiful Anna who was so helpful in our touring around town. We were upgraded 2 BR 2 1/2 bath suite with full kitchen in granite, 2 balconies, great views , gas fireplace, deluxe baths and towels, robes, slippers and even altitude drinks to help deal with the 10,000 feet up, Sebastian and Jose were wonderful valets and porters, Cannot forget the best breakfast included we have ever had. Homemade pastries, hot food. wonderful variety. The chef is excellent as was our sweet server Kubra. In the afternoon homemade cookies arrive in the lobby area.which are delightful. This would be a wonderful place for a honeymoon or celebration of any kind. You will be treated like royalty and you won't want to leave. We spent more time in the room because it was clean , comfortable and exquisite. Claire really knows how to run a hotel. Every person associated with our trip here was outstanding. Best place we have ever stayed.

Review 5:The breakfast provided is not up to standards nor is enough variety

Review 6:The hotel has excellent friendly staff. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The location of the hotel is also excellent

Review 7:The entire staff was very accommodating and answered all our questions concerning the area. It would be great if you had a relationship with "Telluride Golf Club"

Review 8:There is absolutely nothing negative I can find to say about this place.

Review 9:Beautiful hidden boutique condo/hotel with friendly and personal staff that went out of their way to know their guest and attend to every detail. Truly an exceptional place that works hard to be the best.

Review 10:We checked out early a.m. and no one was prepared to help us do so. Still have not received invoice receipt as requested. Be prepared for 10,000 feet and altitude sickness

Review 11:Just about everything else. Great staff, accommodations and Mountain Village is a beautiful place.

Review 12:The service and attentiveness, carpet in rooms was AMAZING and SO COMFY. Makes you want to curl up on the floor! Bed couldn't have been better. Overall vibe was calm, friendly, fancy, tasteful, relaxing, fun!

Review 13:Nothing. Everything was great!

Review 14:The personal attention was excellent....a very warm welcome...upgraded our room. Breakfast, included in the reservation, was fantastic. Concierge assisted with a 4x4 Jeep trip booking, made recommendations for hiking trails- so helpful.

Review 15:My 7 year old noticed that there weren't jacuzzi jets in the tub... I pointed out that there were 4 shower heads in the steam-shower and he seemed satisfied. ;)

Review 16:Ski-in, ski-out, valet everything, impeccable service, great room, bed, kitchen, bath. Still able to retain the laid-back Colorado mountain town feel that makes Telluride one of the best ski towns in the world.

Review 19:The very relaxing environment, especially the restaurant

Review 20:From the time we pulled up to the time we left, our stay could not have been any better. We received an amazing upgrade, late nights poolside, hot fire upon return to our room and overall relaxing stay. You can watch mountain bikers going down the mountains and you are a short walk from the gondola you ride to telluride

Review 21:Kyle, the valet, the porter, the guide was delightful. In our gorgeous room, it wasn't immaculate as expected, although clean. One of the lights was not functioning in the bathroom. As we were leaving, the valet told us to take hwy 85 to Gunnison. Good thing we had a GPS. In spite of me sharing the negatives, it was a grand place to stay and dine. We had 2 types of sushi.....mmmmm. Breakfast was presented well and food was tasty and plentiful and varied.

Review 22:Room was extremely small. No place to store luggage nor drawers for smaller clothing items. No air conditioning and very little air flow. Too hot to sleep.

Review 23:The staff was very friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about them all. Great location for the upper village and access to Gondola to town.

Review 55:the room was horrible. no vies, the windows were hugh up in the wall. never seen this in a ski resort. the linens were not ironed and did not fit the mattress. pillows were bad. breakfast was bad. very noisy room, just in from of the elevator, door opened straight to the bed.
