Review 1：This was an overnight stay as we were traveling from Texas to Arizona. Staff was very nice, breakfast was good and place was clean. Would stay there again.

Review 2：We greatly appreciated your pet friendly hotel as we were traveling with our 2 large dogs. It was a bonus that you also offered a free meal with drinks and popcorn so we wouldn't need to go searching for food!

Review 6：Everything but the TV. From top to bottom this hotel was awsome. If you do not desire to use a HDMI connection, then this is the place you should go.

Review 7：Only drawback is inadequate pet area. Had to take our dog down the street to vacant lot. Once it is developed, there will be very little potty space for pets.

The room was very clean and I really appreciated the included microwave. The front desk staffer gave us really good recommendations for coffee and souvenir shopping at Spirit Winds.

Review 21：The Jacuzzi was nice but the bubbles didn't really work at all they just spewed for a second and stopped and kept doing this over and over not even stirring the water.

Review 26：I liked everything about my stay here. The service was friendly and quick. The indoor pool, rooms, bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and all other areas I visited were clean. The food and drinks at the social were yummy and the breakfast was excellent. This was all at an exceptional value! I would stay here again for sure!

Review 27：The food at happy hour- the chili was surprisingly good and I appreciated the baked potatoes especially. Great to relax after a long day on the road without having to drive elsewhere for supper.

Review 28：On our 2nd visit we were in a room on the 3rd floor. The hall was hot and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The room was hot. We turned heat way down and opened window. This room faced highway, so the road noise was terrible both with the window open or closed. Loud guests checked in very late (midnight) and made lots of noise in the hall. The noise and heat disturbed both us and the dogs. We hardly slept and gave up at 6. Breakfast wasn't served till 7, so we packed up and bought breakfast elsewhere. We probably won't stay again...

Review 29：On our first stay we were on the 2nd floor, main entrance side. It was quiet. We slept very well. We had a 2 room suite which was really lovely with a kitchenette. Complimentary evening happy hour and breakfast were great. Our dogs were relaxed and comfortable.

Guest services came to try to fix the A/C but unsuccessful. TV was fixed but not until next morning. Consolation was that we were comp'd the room for the night.

This was inconveniencing and even though I complained the next morning of my stay, called numerous times and contacted my bank - nothing was done about this. This unconvince was over $300.00 and caused many issues with my automatic debits and other bills needing to be paid.
