Review 1：I told the desk attendant the mattress was awful. We did not get any needed rest. Told him it needed to be replaced - like talking to myself. Not happy at paying over $100 - for no rest and completing travels with backache from that bed.
Review 2：Room smelled bad from pets and even tho non smoking, smelled stale of smoking. Our feet got dirty walking barefoot on carpet after shower.

Review 11：It was in the perfect location being so close to New Circle Rd., and was very easy for us to find. Everything was much nicer than we expected, compared to the value. Our stay was extremely peaceful and comfortable and I can't wait to stay here for future visits.

Review 15：The first night I itched all night and then the next day I was broke out with bumps on my arms in three places. I bought a can of lysol and sprayed the bed and room. There was spider web in the room as well as trash under the head of the bed. I was very dissatisfied with this stay. I do not know if it was fleas or what but it has been a week since I left and I still have red bumps on my arms. I have asteo arthritis in both knees and was unable to get a lower floor room. The pictures on the internet showed a pool, but we never saw one. I was just very disappointed with my stay. I checked out a day early and showed the lady my arm she stated that she would get them to spray the room. If you are a pet friendly hotel you should do that when a guest leaves with their dogs.

Review 49：The chair leg had something white and sticky running down it. 3 doors down there were 8-10 people in one room that were in the parking lot drinking and partying, yelling, cussing, etc. Single female traveler and did NOT ever feel safe. Dead bolt was broken so was the silver latch thing they advise you to latch in addition to the locks. Needless to say, I stayed up till 1 am and left at 5am. Love Red Roof Inn but will NEVER stay here again.

Review 51：Day time front desk staff. Where does one start? Unfriendly, unhelpful, sour-faced. Remember, a smile costs nothing. You need to read the small print. Fridge, Microwave, Hair-drier are in "selected" rooms. We had none of those.

The carpet was so filthy I kept my shoes beside the bed to wear when I went to the bathroom. There was a huge stain on one of the beds, the room smelled like a nursing home, the Wi-Fi was as slow as dial up and sometimes didn't log in at all. I was staying overnight for a medical procedure at the University or I would have demanded my money back and moved on.
