Review 2：View from our bedroom over the ocean fantastic. Unit very clean,. well equipped, nice pool lots of sun beds. Just the right size complex for us not one of the massive multi unit complexes. Karl who seemed to be there when you wanted him---excellent

Review 9：Our condo was furnished in cool whites and pastels with large comfy beds, amazing ocean views, and well equipped kitchen. The beach is peaceful and great for strolling and looking at the many shells. The pool is not that big but perfect for the kids to have a great splash about. We would certainly choose Pelicans roost again and recommend it to others.

Review 10：Rooms are not as advertised. Stayed in Room 106 and received a completely outdated room with a rusty stove and filthy dishwasher. The counters were Formica and fixtures were from the 80's. The cabinets were nasty inside and I washed everything before using it. The base boards and corners were covered with hair and dust. When we asked the office they blamed booking.com. Booking.com of course blamed the condos. They said they were full and could not move us. Spend less money elsewhere. We drove to Bowman beach everyday because the water was cleaner there. The water by Pelicans was full of sea weed. Crooks! Don't advertise contemporary rooms unless they are all contemporary.

Review 12：Simply everything! Excellent value. Fully equipped condo, that include full kitchen and laundry room. The view of the ocean. Didn't have to bring or pay rental on chairs and umbrellas. Friendly and helpful staff.

Review 13：The no see ums were vicious. Take and use bug spray! Benadryl gel eased the itching.

Review 34：The apartment 101 was rundown and needed updating, Kitchen - pots, pansand plates were in a poor condition. Wall paper was missing in thebathroom. We stayed a week and paid $2000 usd at least we could have amaid service 2 or 3 times......... We would not stay there again.
