Review 1：Only thing I didn't care for it the disposable cups. Would much prefer that class of hotel have glass glasses otherwise everything was great.
Review 2：The room was very nice, decorated well and the bed was super comfy.
Review 3：We liked the staff's hospitality. The room was excellently cleaned. We had a good nights sleep with the comfy beds. Given the cost it was truly a great value for our money. It was our second time to stay at the guest house and we would love to come back during our future visits in Lexington.

Review 13：When checking in, the lady at the desk Gina acted a bit unsure that I had a reservation there. Told me she had to check to make sure even though I told her I did. Then when I asked for a second room key for my 21 year old daughter, she acted like she was hesitate to give me one. She sort of made me feel unwelcome on my arrival.

Review 17：My only complaint is the lack of an elevator. I do not mind climbing stairs but it is more difficult carrying heavy objects such as my suitcase and computer case, which also contains files. I opted just to bring in a change of clothing rather than my entire suitcase but lugging my computer and files up the stairs left me a bit winded.

Review 26：Very nice. We have stayed here twice on our way back from Michigan and both times staff was extremely nice. This past visit the staff was extremely accommodating due to the fact that I had broke my right foot and sprained my left foot the day prior and was in need of a disability equipped room. Wonderful hotel and really nice for the price. Breakfast is also great and it's not just a muffin and juice. Many choices for breakfast at no additional charge.
Review 27：We got delayed in South Carolina, so we called to cancel the rooms. The person told us that since it was through a booking service, he was not certain that he could cancel the 2 rooms. Even though it was late we decided to drive thru and arrived around midnight. The person I had talked to was still there and managed to uncancel the reservation. He was well past his work shift but stayed to make certain we got the rooms at the quoted rate..

Seemed like housekeeping waited until we were back in the room so we would refuse service. When we did get service, it was obviously just a quick once over. We were never able to get plastic cups or other accessories replenished. Basically our beds were made, garbage emptied and towels replaced. Counters/desks were not wiped off. Room was not vacuumed. Parking is a problem when hotel fully booked.

Everyone was friendly and professional and went out of their way to make us feel at home. I was very impressed with the great attitudes and willingness to go above and beyond!

Review 58：The pool door is located in a bad spot there is no carpet or mat to walk on coming out of the pool area. The floor stayed wet, I slipped two times after I got up the stairs. The stairs has rubber on them that helped a little but when you to the top its tile again and it stayed slippery. The stairs and door to the pool area is in the wrong place I believe, thats my opinion. I did not like the fact there is no elevator!! My mom has trouble walking so stairs was hard on her to go up and down and we had to have a second floor room, I asked for a first floor but because my reservation got messed up there was none available.

The breakfast was good, but the supplies were lacking (no knives, no grape jelly, food replenishment was slow).

Review 104：The room was fantastic!! I checked in a little early so my actual room was t ready. While waiting, I was given a tour and shown the renovated rooms that I immediately fell in love with and requested to use for my stay. I went to grab lunch and upon my return, I had been given a renovated room! It was one of the best I've ever stayed in- including comparison to the Westin. The staff asked me to let them know of any suggestionsi had but I had none! Everything was perfect down to the beautiful color scheme and the amazing pictures on the walls. The room was incredibly spacious and the staff was phenomenal.

So I'll never go back there again its a sucky please go at your own risk the saying there is no Sun are Jacuzzi don't believe the hype very disappointed very very disappointed never go back again.

We had a lovely large double-room, equipped with iron and ironing board, hair dryer, high quality towels, and a spacious bath room and sink. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The staff is outstanding, and very helpful and courteous. We got the ground floor room which we had requested. Breakfast was included, but might feature more gluten-free foods.
Review 132：Worn out room , not enough outlets , tub bath room etc needed be redone , carpets really worn out and dirty. Breakfast had no butter and ran out of food. Hall ways etc in state of disrepair. Other guests were loud running down halls etc Tiny soap and shampoo .
