Review 1：Location seems a little sketchy but we had no issues with overnight stay. Breakfast room was a little small.

Review 3：Arriving much later than anticipated, arriving around midnight or so and having Nicole (sp?) greet me at the window with a beautiful smile and personality, made my evening!! To then enter what was without a doubt the nicest, cleanest place I've stayed in YEARS, was such a pleasant and most appreciated blessing! The property was clean as a pin, the room was amazingly comfortable, could have stayed in bed all day!! Hats off the everyone from Nicole to all others who run this amazing property!! I will NEVER stay at another property any time I come through Tuscaloosa! And I shall pass that information on to MANY of my friends and associates! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Review 5：On Christmas day I was traveling thru a typhoon. I stayed in this hotel and it was practically soundproof. Will absolutely stay here again.
Review 6：I didn't honestly find anything I didn't like but if I had to add something...I would say the elevators were a little shaky & scary. They squeaked but they were fast and I felt totally safe
Review 7：This was my 2nd time staying here. I love how easy the access to & from the interstate is. There are multiple restaurants nearby. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are exceptionally beautiful & cozy. The beds are very comfortable. Both times I made reservations therefore making my check-in and out process quick and easy. Would definitely recommend to others!!!!!
Review 8：The staff at front desk are very dry. Cannot communicate or understand effectively in the English language probabably because they are from India or something like that. Not professional nor do they dress professional. You feel like your being attended at a convenience store. Very quick to say no or I don't know when asked for help. Housekeepers much more friendly.

The amenities were above what I have come to expect for this level hotel---a breakfast room with breakfast provided, waters, nuts in room, mini fridge and microwave, small coffee maker in room. Have stayed at many locations on game weekends and have to say that for the price range, this is the nicest facility we have stayed in.

Review 14：I have stayed in this hotel and referred family members to this hotel for about 7 years. Consistently, we have been pleased with this hotel. It is not located within walking distance of restaurants and shops, but it is still worth it. Also, I stayed on the internet for hours and had zero problems with the WiFi connection! Awesome!
Review 15：Unbelievably great value but it was a non-football weekend. Nice large updated room, clean and comfortable. Perfect location for getting on/off interstate with many accessible choices for evening meal.
Review 16：Desk clerk at check in was dry as toast. Could not make eye contact but very efficient at check in. The odor in the 1st floor hall was appalling and apparently imminating from the toilet. Room was cleaned but attention to some areas was needed including microwave, large spots on carpeting, grime in corners in bathroom, bathtub was clean on sides and walls but the bottom of the tub was black. We placed a hand towel in the tub to stand on. Breakfast area appeared clean and was sufficient.

Review 35：The coffee was tasteless, colored water. I asked for a late check out because my son was meeting with a coach at UA in the morning. The counter person said "no, the hotel is booked tomorrow" We all know it's not how many are booked tomorrow, it's how many need to be cleaned. My son showered at a friends hotel where they got a late check-out. We just needed an hour.

Review 48：Everything! We had a minor medical i9ncident prior to checking out; the manager was there to assist us pronto. We were very pleased with the staff's prompt and capable follow-up.
Review 49：The beds were terrible!!!! We stayed for 3 nights and I was unable to sleep because the beds were so saggy. I asked the front desk staff if we had older beds, but they said they were all less than 6 months old, which was a lie. In fact the last morning there I was stretching in bed and pulled a muscle in my neck. Even though everything else was good I will never, never, never stay there again because of the beds. Which is a shame because it is very close to where our son lives.

I called down to get the password for the WiFi because she didn't give it to me. She gave me the wrong password several times. I just gave up and didn't use the WiFi at all. I paid for WiFi with my stay and didn't get to use it because she wouldn't tell ,e the correct password.
Review 54：The hotel was excellent. It looked very new and clean inside. The bed was very comfortable. The tub water came out a little slow but everything else was good. Hotel is directly down the road from many restaurants, WalMart and SAMs Club. I didn't have to drive far for anything.
