Review 1：My room was downgraded because the place was overbooked. The room I was put in was like a old flat and not nice at all . I will not stay here again

Review 2：Booking.com gave me a quote to stay for two nights for 4 people R1460.00. Tsar hotel still chasing me for money cause they say it was the rate per room per night. If that was the rate per night I would have never booked in the hotel....I am not paying anything more.

Review 3：When we arrive it was dark n,loadsheading .I ask if the have lamps orcandles ,yes was the answer. But nothing ,I had to go to a garage shopto buy candles an matches. The we find out we have to stay in a wendyhouse ???. they said it was a logcabin? With woodframe inside andazinkroof .no ceiling. Water condensate during night and waterdrops fellon the bed . And the call it a hotel ? a tent wood be beter. Never againand that for r490.

Review 5：False advertising at its' best and such a rip off! The pictures show only the reception area and bar because they really are nicely done. The rooms are terrible- cracked tiles, ancient aircons, bathrooms are old and rusted, rooms smell musty and of smoke, towels stink and are so old, breakfast is literally corn flakes or rice crispies and you can order toast, bacon and eggs. The gardens are poorly kept. Most staff are unfriendly. R930 for this is ridiculous- don't let the word 'hotel' fool you!
