Review 1：I booked to get a smoking room at check in none were available. Then the front desk attendant offered another room with 2 beds but said I would have to pay the higher price. Once in my non smoking room go to shower and only had 1 towel and 1 rag. I called the front desk and she said if I wanted another one I would have to come get it.

Review 2：The price of the rooms. The room was clean and nice.

Review 3：Dirt dauber nests in the room this stay. Last stay there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. But we know that ya'll will be renovated for next season.

Requested bathroom and sink to be re-cleaned. Never saw staff. No maid service either day. Breakfast is a joke. Wouldn't bother.

Review 9：Bugs bugs and more bugs. Don't stay here I walked into the room andkilled 3 bugs. I spoke with the woman at the front desk she offered meanother room. And guess what more bugs. I left and they wouldn'tgive me a refund. Not only did the bugs run this hotel the room Smelledlike old mold. The covers are dirty, have holes and are stained. And noI didn't take pictures I ran put in the hopes I didn't catchanything and bring it to my home.

Review 10：The room was old and looked dirty. Towel rack was rusted, shower curtain had paint all over it, and the front of the refrigerator was rusted. I think it was probably clean but everything so old and outdated it was hard to tell.

Review 17：This property is a dump. The exterior is in terrible shape. The interior is a nightmare. Stains on ceiling, horrible stains in bath tub around drain as well as mold in grout. Towels and wash rags felt like sand paper and were filthy looking with big brown stains all over them. No shampoo, no hair dryer. Undesirable clientele sitting on steps making it very uncomfortable and unsafe to get to your room. All the broken microwaves piled up in a room with window open. I can't say enough about how horrible this place is!!! Felt like crack house

Review 21：It was convenient to our family we were visiting and the staff was so nice as always.We always stay here when we are in town for the A-day game and it is a pretty good place to stay. We love not having to pay for WiFi my kids especially.

Review 32：I did not like the motel at all. The room had a foul odor. There were stains on the bed spread and walls. The carpet was very dirty, to the point that my socks were ruined by walking on the floor. The phone or locks on the door didn't work correctly. Did not feel safe there.

Review 33：I liked the location. It had very easy access to restaurants in the area. It is close to Bryant Denny Stadium, Paul Bear Bryant Museum, and Denny Chimes. It has a convenient proximity to both interstate exits.

Review 34：When you're in Tuscaloosa for a football game on a budget, you take what you can get. We got a smoking room (apparently non-smoking is only a request, not part of the reservation), no heat, questionable linens and didn't even bother with the shower and its knobs falling off. Luckily, we brought our own blankets to sleep on and cover up with and, surprisingly, didn't see any bugs. Taper your expectations and come prepared and it will be fine for a night.

Review 43：The hotel is old and in need of some major renovations. The carpet was old and badly worn. When we checked in they sent a man to repair the toilet. There were lights not working in fixtures and electrical outlets loose in the wall with no covers. There were 4 of us and when we asked for extra towels, the maid told us she could only give us one set. We needed plastic forks and my daughter went to ask for some and was told they were only for staff and told to leave the office. Needs lots of work on facilities and staff.

The front section was cleaner, but i wouldnt go back. The office kitchen location was out of service for 2 days breakfast was available and on the 3 day the ran out....so overall a poor experience for me and my family

Review 53：I am writing in reference to my stay Thursday night/Friday morning. I made a reservation on Monday, August 11. During my reservation I asked that my room be a ground level, no smoking room that was close to the front office. When I arrived to check into my room I was informed that although I made these requests when I reserved the room - there were none of these rooms available. Then the employee asked me if I requested a smoking room and I told her no and that I requested a no smoking room. She then gave me keys. I was placed in room 422. Not only was this room upstairs but it was also in the back of the motel. I am a single woman and I did not feel safe being placed back there. There were a lot of back and forth traffic (walking) being done by others who had a room back there. Several of the residents had placed their chairs outside and were sitting outside smoking and talking on their cell phones. Some residents were just standing on the ledge watching people as they entered and exited their vehicles. When I entered my room I checked everything before I brought my bags into the room. This was a double bed room. The first bed had dirty linen on it. Hair was found on the top sheet as well as different areas on the bottom sheet. The sheets were not big enough to cover the mattresses. When I looked at the second bed the mattress covers were stained very badly. There were stains everywhere on the mattress cover. There was a smoking hole on the top sheet where someone had been smoking in bed and burned a hole in the sheet, I called the front desk and told them I needed for someone to come and replace the sheets on both beds. After 30 minutes and no one had arrived to change my beds I called the front desk again. Someone from maintenance was sent to my room and handed me the sheets. Since it was a man I did not feel comfortable with him entering my room to change the sheets so I had to change the sheets myself.

Review 54：The treatment from the manager.and tried to add extra charges to my account with out my knowledge .this hotel is basical a drug haven and a apartment complex.i couldn't believe this was on anybody's site to stay in.

Review 56：This was provably the worst motel I've ever seen. We booked a non-smoking room and the room had obviously been smoked in for a very long time. It was almost unbearable to be there, but we arrived very late and decided we would go straight to bed and get out as early as possible. The bed sheets were do old that they were knotted and we wondered how long it has been since the bedspread had been washed. The AC system was connected with a plug that was apparently added after the fact as you could fe the wiring running under the "carpet" which was indoor/outdoor qualify that would go on a porch. It was dangerous as it was just lying on the floor. There wa no soap or any type of toiletries there. The light over the vanity didn't work. There was a backup beeping sound every 10 seconds from the time we got there until we left. It may have been the business next door but we were pretty sure it was coming from within the motel building. People came and went all night, slamming doors. We suspected done of them lived thereof term. After telling someone about our experience, they shared with us that there were shootings there. We decided we would get out as early as possible the next morning and never look back on this experience.

Masters inn don't provide shampoo at all, we had to ask fortoilet paper and towels, there were none in the room. No hair dryer, andthe WiFi didn't work. There irs a sign in the parking lot sayinglock your vehicles, and they are not responsible for anything that wasstolen out of vehicles. We went here for our one year weddinganniversary, we will never stay there again.

Review 117：Looked like room was previously broken into, large dent on outside of door, part of chain gone, 2-3 inch gap on bottom of door. I was told it is was just weather stripping missing. Room smelled of bleach. Fixtures in shower not attached to wall. Shower dirty. Stains on comforter. took 5 hours to get room key, very inconvenient. half the lights in room didn't work. Overall; a bad experience.

Review 121：The entire hotel. It was disgusting to say the least. The pool was not working and was filled with dirty water. Our room was beyond disgusting. Everything was old and broken and smelled. There were wires hanging out of sockets. The curtains had stains and holes. The bathroom had mold on the wall and the tub was stained and just looked dirty. The bed sheets had stains - we had a pillowcase with an old blood stain. We half expected to see bed bugs especially as there were dead bugs on the floor.To add to the disgusting nature of the room and hotel, the person staying in the room next door had his motorcycle in his room and had it running with the exhaust of the bike facing out the door! By far I can only say this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and would never go back nor recommend it to anyone. We were stuck there because all the hotels in Tuscaloosa were booked due to graduation and we had already paid for the rooms using this site otherwise we would have cancelled our reservations and gone as far as Birmingham to get a room elsewhere. We did our best to spend as little time as possible in the room and even took our things with us when we would leave for fear of the room getting broken into. I am amazed it passes any kind of inspection both health and building code. A totally disgusting place that needs to be completely revamped.
