Review 1：Carpet is dirty and stained. Decorated in 1970s and has never been updated. Murphy bed has velour coverlet as a bedspread and mattress is awful. Can hear neighbors easily. Kitchen sink faucet leaks.

Review 3：Disappointing, masquading as a slick hotel suite & nothing like typical web images. 80's green carpet w/ ember burns, stained & soiled leather recliner, detached baseboard heater cvrs. Unknown last time carpet or upholstry was steamed cleaned. Nearly $400/nite didn't help.
