Review 1：Front desk did not notify me that the tour company cancelled the tour I booked through front desk. The clerk told me that because we were not in the room she was not able to let me know. She left a note to the night clerk and he failed to let us know, even when we asked him for an early wake-up call due to us going on the tour. In the morning we waited for tour pick up, at 730 we confirmed with front desk. They did not call the tour operator to confirm. They just told us that sometimes the tour operator arrive after 8 and we should wait. Only at 830 they called the tour operator to realized that they called the reception the night before informing them that the tour was cancelled. The lady at the desk who failed to deliver us the message the night before did not even apologize... She just repeated "i called your room and you did not answered so I left a note to the night shift so they let you know". I lost a full day of my two nights vacation due to this error. Bellman staff were more understanding of than front desk staff.
