Review 1：Booked through a site called booking .com and they mis represented the type of room we were getting for our money. The prices on the rooms are a little high considering the entire town and economy up there is falling apart. It used to be a pleasure to go there because you could actually shop for deals! Now outlet stores and restaurants are closing up! The stores are charging more for items than regular stores like Bobs store for the exact same product! Outlet store used to stand for getting a killer deal and now they are gouging the crap out of people causing you guys to have to charge more for rooms because volume went down! It's just a matter of time before the whole area turns into a bigger ghost town than it already is and you will be closing the doors.......10-15 years ago had 5 times more the tourist than now because it was affordable and the stores were charging way less than a regular retail store for the items! They actually acted like "Outlet Stores" meaning "Deals" and that's what kept the area cranking non stop..... Just my opinion....

Review 3：Bathroom is on small side and has only one sink. The interior finishes are a bit worn...but we like the mountain Lodge theme look, an update to the finishes would go a long way.

Review 19：At around 7:15 am on Monday morning an obnoxious father with his little girl arrived in the pool.Apparently he thought he had the pool all to himself. My wife was swimming on her back for physical therapy reasons. She cut her swim short and got out!!! What a jerk!! Restaurant waitress was very slow and inattentive but meal was excellent!!!!

Review 20：From the time of registration and everything in between we liked very much ! Afternoon cookie snacks, flavored water and complimentary coffee in the morning. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Will visit again!!!!

Review 35：The food in the tavern is terrible. Absolutely terrible. And we waited 45 minutes for a sandwich, a wilted salad and 2 cold kids meals. The hotel facilities are fine -- nice pool, cute little game room, fun lobby for the kids -- but its just so overcrowded that it makes it very hard to relax. The pool is so small and was so packed with kids you couldn't move.

Check out Delaneys or Moat for family dinners. Also, my sheets did not appear to be clean which was a bummer since everything else was so great. I'd still recommend staying there!

Review 68：Hotel was not clean, restaurant was woefully understaffed, pool was mayhem and not supervised. We never were even able to use the hot tub because of all the people who just 'camped out' including with their very young chlldren. The "spa" is not actually a thing - seriously, can't believe it is even on their website. Not staffed - you apparently have to make an appointment by calling a number before anyone (even a receptionist) shows up - just weird and a bit creepy. Front desk was run by young kids rather than hotel professionals. A fiasco all the way around. You won't find us there again.

Review 71：I checked in at 2am after a long drive and two kids...it was snowing and a foot of snow on the ground. The staff who checked me in was almost rude when I asked to keep the car in the driveway till 6am as I was exhausted/leave the keys at the desk...there is no valet and no help with luggage. This was not worth the hype. I had asked him to leave me a number for the manager and there was nothing left. I will never go again or recommend North Conway if you are a single woman checking in with your kids. Yuck!!

Review 88：Bought ski lift tickets from the front desk at the North Conway Grand Hotel. We purchased tickets for a Saturday weekend day pass but when we go to the mountain the passes were actually for weekDAY so they didn't work and basically time sucked our morning to get the correct tickets. We had to purchase ADDITIONAL ski lift tickets until we could get back to the hotel and sort things out. The hotel made up the difference in the tickets by crediting us back the extra money spent on the second round of tickets but it was a super confusing process and we didn't get our ski time back.

Review 99：This hotel was one of the best I have ever seen. The property was beautiful. Amenities were incredible. The room had an iPhone docking station (with the most current connection for the iPhone 5) as well as mini fridge, microwave, DVD player and decorated beautifully. Wifi signal was strong and easy to access. The property has heated outdoor pool, hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Beautiful. Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgable. I will definitely be going there again.

Review 100：One of the few things I didn't like was being informed at check-in they were putting an extra hold on my card because I was using a debit card. I've never experienced an extra hold using it for hotels before. The other thing was the complimentary shower supplies- the shampoo was so watered down I had to use the whole little bottle on my head for one use. I'd recommend remembering to bring your own or asking for multiple samples.

Review 101：It was walking distance to the outlet stores and less than 5 minutes to any restaurant or other shop in Conway. The beds were so comfortable we passed out as soon as we got into bed!

Review 117：We are two friends from Germany and we were staying at the North Conway Grand Hotel for 2 nights to visit the White Mountain National Forest. As we were facing terrible weather conditions, we were forced to stay at the hotel or try out the nearby shopping outlet which is just like one foot out of the hotel. As it was raining as hell on our second day, we were using the indoor and outdoor pool which was very good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone as it has been a really nice stay!! Thanks for the nice stay.
