Review 1：The service standard by your staff is very bad. We arrived to a room with dirty linen and had to be relocated to another room. The following day I and my wife left for a wedding leaving a "prepare the room or make the room" sign outside only to arrive in the evening to a dirty room that was not prepared. Strangely the iron and the ironing board we had borrowed were taken from the room thus indicating that the cleaners had been to the room after we left. We found this to be appalling.

Review 11：Couldn't find enough readily accessible and working plug points in my room to charge my phone and laptop. And after moving the bed to reach the socket behind, found a lot of dust and dirt there. Recommend the occasional deep cleaning service.

Review 27：Staff were not trained and the shower and bathroom in general was cramped and nit very clean. No sugar for beverages provided. No utensils with room service, so dinner was cold by the time utensils arrived. Breakfast was terrible, no bread for toast, plates were dirty, buffet was empty 30mins before breakfast was over. We waited 20mins to check in and another 20mins to check out.

Review 31：There are some busy roads adjacent to the property so there is some road noise which may keep light sleepers awake. I was in Room #25 and I believe the geysers for the floor was above my room as whenever someone opened a hot water tap and then closed it there was a water hammer which kept on waking me up.

Review 52：The basin tap is incorrectly connected with the water supply. Tap showing hot position, is actually cold position and vice versa. Shower tap has no indication of hot/cold water. Toilet paper is at an uncomfortable position (behind your back)??

Review 53：the staff isn't efficient . had asked for something to clean my bath in the eveing they told me house keeping wasnt there i asked for them to bring something to clean it myself no one did. i also asked for a late check out but i was called to tell me to check out at 10 i wasn't impressed. i also didnt like the channel selection and they view of the tv it was snowy. but overall i was generally happy

Review 59：Had a very tiny issue with my room and was immediately moved to a bigger and better one. A truly professional stay, I will always stay here when am in Centurion. The manger is such a great guy and made me feel really welcomed. The staff were great and I even got to learn some Xhosa from them. You can't go wrong here. Breakfast is nice and simple, internet is fast and reliable, rooms and environs are clean, staff is super friendly

Review 60：We were a couple and only found one bath towel in the bathroom. They did add to this the next morning when we complained. The wooden bed base was very noisy (squeaky) and made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

Review 61：The lodge was really clean and well furnished throughout. A lovely venue if you are looking for a quick stay and overnight facility. We did have a late breakfast and arrived when the food had run out but the staff were very helpful and made us a fresh breakfast.
