Review 1：The second bedroom had two twin beds which were very hard and uncomfortable. That's the only thing I'd recommend upgrading or add a high density foam mattress topper on each of them.

Review 2：Great location steps from the beach! We had a beautifully decorated ocean front end unit (2 bedrooms) and it was absolutely perfect. The unit was clean, well stocked, parking was right nearby, the ocean and dunes were only a few steps away.

Review 3：Well-appointed condo, comfortable bed, great kitchen and living space, gorgeous beach and sunsets, altogether delightful locale. The condo did not have an ocean view, as advertised; other buildings obstructed the view, and we overlooked a parking lot from the front screened porch and the trash area from the bedroom screened porch. Still, we were happy with it in every other way. We were only a few hundred steps from the beach, which was terrific; shells aplenty if you're into collecting, and we enjoyed porpoise watching and sunset viewing. There's a shuffleboard court, outdoor pool, and tennis courts (none of which we used). Biking (rent a bike by day or week from one of two local places; we liked Finnimore's, cheaper than Billy's Bikes) was easy and fun all around Sanibel and Captiva, which are FLAT and have beautiful bike trails everywhere. It's much more fun and easy to get around via bike than car (traffic can be very slow at certain hours, esp. between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. in January).

Review 4：There is no coffee in the room. Had to buy a bunch of filters and a pound of coffee for our 3 day stay.

Review 5：Being close to the beach was amazing! The island itself is fun and quaint. The condo had just about everything we needed and is upgraded and clean! The condo we were in had a huge kitchen two screened porches and lots of closet and storage space. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was extremely helpful! The beach, pool and gym are close to the unit. I wish we could have stayed longer. Now I know For next time!

Review 20：We would sefiney go back. We had a partial ocean view steps from the beach. They supplied brand new beach chairs. The unit was immaculate and spacious. It was convenient to make our own meals and be able to enjoy a longer day at the beach. We loved staying there.

Other guests were generally very friendly and pleasant. condo was spacious and pleasant, although a bit dated, it was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the screened porch with comfortable chairs and a partial ocean view.

Review 31：Not enough toilet paper. Weather you stay a day or a week you get the same amount. Getting rushed out of the room by cleanup crew @ check out time. Getting my finger caught on the hand rail between the wall leading up the stairs to condo when carrying luggage in and out. Reported it twice I'll bet it's still not fixed.

Review 33：Bed in room was extremely creaky and uncomfortable. Could not even sit something on the bed without major creaminess. As sleep and rest and recreation are the major reasons for an expensive family vacation I do think this is worth mentioning. Everything else was fantastic and I suscpect the bed situation was our bad luck. My adult children had a room with wonderful beds. I should have insisted we trade!!!

Review 41：The rust on the side of the fridge. The microwave did not work. The stairs were hazardous, especially for my mobility impaired mother. The coffee pot has seen better days. The beach was loaded with Jelly fish. Warning signs would be nice!
