Reviews for Kanavera House

Review 1:NOT really a BAD experience, but we thought the breakfasts were rather dull and limited. Probably OK for their Japanese clients but not so satisfying for us.

Review 2:Staff were polite and helpful. Location was quiet. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Review 3:Plastic-wrapped mattress. Not uncommon in Asia, but it still bothers me.

Review 4:Just spent a night there on the way to Ko Si Chang. The hotel is conveniently close to Robinson's department store, as well as the ferry stop for going to Ko Si Chang. The place seems to mainly cater to Japanese business travelers, which means it's very functional, but not necessarily the most charming place you'll ever stay in. Staff was friendly and polite, but seemed relieved that I spoke Thai, so I'm not sure about the level of English being spoken.
